21/9/2017 14:20 | Looks even worse considering what you have said. | highasakite
21/9/2017 13:58 | Has anyone else noticed the omission of Stephen Benzikie (communicatons) from the footer of the suspension and PWC RNS'? He's been included on all RNS' for years (providing Financial PR) - previously as a consultant (IHA Consulting) before joining BNN in-house about a year ago (from what I can see). Tavistock Communications (Financial PR) are now showing on the footer of the suspension/PWC RNS' instead. Anyone read anything in to that? Maybe Stephen Benzikie also felt uncomfortable with some of the reporting (or more generally the events behind the scenes) - and he too has "done a runner"? | greenarrows
21/9/2017 12:31 | bla bla..............lia | highasakite
21/9/2017 12:23 | Jakknife - my friend has seen him going to the office. simple. If you don't believe me i don't mind. Ive no motivation for making this up - i think we could lose all of our money here - whether DM has been going to the office or not as some of you prefer to believe. I hope not of course because i am quite heavily invested and on the face of things BNN looked a good prospect to me at least. | wla2510
21/9/2017 11:54 | The rampers of course who are up to their neck in this fraud will continue to lie to try and brighten up the very grim situation here. | highasakite
21/9/2017 11:44 | Andy, you make a fair point, credit where credit is due. I rarely post anything more that small comments as most of the valid points are delivered from more informed people than I. I have started skipping through the "small chat" and "throw away" comments that plague this board of late. I enjoy reading PC views more than most but as I have said on earlier posts there are other interesting and level headed posters. | newbie17
21/9/2017 11:43 | "Andy - i have been informed twice by a trusted friend, who is heavily invested in BNN and in a position to have seen this with so own reliable eyes and who doesn't own a dog, that DM has been going in to BNN's Mallory House office recently i.e after the allegations were made and shares suspended." Your friend who is heavily invested in BNN is bound to say what he is saying to try and brighten the grim situation here. I think he is lying personally. Does your friend sit outsdie the HQ all effing day ? | highasakite
21/9/2017 11:13 | Think dog walkers are unfairly getting a bad reputation on this BB! As long as they pick the sh*t up I have no issue with them!!!! | perfect choice
21/9/2017 10:52 | Andy - i have been informed twice by a trusted friend, who is heavily invested in BNN and in a position to have seen this with so own reliable eyes and who doesn't own a dog, that DM has been going in to BNN's Mallory House office recently i.e after the allegations were made and shares suspended. I have no doubt whatsoever that is is true. Where this takes us is another matter entirely but of this fact alone i am absolutely confident. The only conspiracy theory which could bring doubt on this is that DM has a look-a-like or has created a decoy model of himself - and i do not believe that is the case. | wla2510
21/9/2017 10:12 | newbie, Yet he has repeated opinions and comments made here by others that you give no credit to! | andy
21/9/2017 10:04 | Perfect choice,, as is usual your post is the most level headed synopsis here. 100% agree. | newbie17
21/9/2017 09:53 | wla251021 Sep '17 - 07:13 - 7484 of 7488 0 0 I'm not guessing or speculating that DM has been in the office, this is just a fact, not something to get excited about but he has been to the office. ------- What is your source for that information please, as you are stating it as a fact? I don;t doubt he has been there, I just want to know how you can state it as fact? | andy
21/9/2017 09:49 | Of course. I just thought it would make a change from highasakites cretinous ramblings. | shutittrev
21/9/2017 08:36 | LoL, yes nice and stable right now it seems! I would hope for a statement in October as you say wla2510 but we also know there is no obligation at all to issue anything until the investigations into the accusations are completed, so equally we could hear absolutely nothing. Even if a statement did come out, until the investigation is complete it will effectively say nothing i.e. "investigations are continuing and the outcome will be reported when complete". Noted DM visiting premises which will be for the investigation no doubt, at least that shows PwC are progressing. PJ1 is right that as he is suspended, he will only be attending as an invite and will be escorted while on premises, those are the rules in these circumstances. Speculation by all parties on this BB is just that, speculation. PwC will keep a tight ship on these investigations and any parties that lets any information out will be putting themselves at risk of investigation and potential action. Its just got be that way. Think somebody previously where the cash is and is it in China. Well if the "serious accusation" relates to miss-management/siph My own speculation is that something has happened which is not appropriate but the base business is still operating OK. But even if that is the case it is also a case "mud sticks" so also anticipate the will have to be changes to the BoD even if those suspended are restored to their former positions and a new CFO appointed. But this could go either way in the extreme i.e. accusations are dismissed following investigations (maybe some minor areas to address) and Wei Qi + DM restored to their former roles without penalty, or there really is a major issue (ghost contracts, money miss management) and the company is not viable so a cheap takeover or sell off of assets would be the result and the shares not relisted. The reality is there is no way knowing right now either way or anything in-between. The nearest I have of any detail is that the IIs are cooperating, PwC are actively working on investigating the accusation and there is the indication that is a "single subject" accusation. If I really had to be specific as a guess, I wonder if that Telco deal is not fully contracted yet (interims RNS did not specifically mention it) and Scott was being asked to commit funds to a "loose agreement" which he was not prepared to do so all this came to a head and Scott resigned. Just get the feeling the core issue is releasing funds to China activities without proper due diligence or contractual commitment. Idle speculation from me that is but the best I can guess on what has happened. If that is the case then it is something which can be corrected at least. But if an individual has been siphoning off funds then then that is different and legal action is required. All guess work of course, that's it from me so time to go "back to sleep on BNN" and just wait the outcome of the PwC investigations. | perfect choice
21/9/2017 08:28 | Shutittrev- are you joking?! | wla2510
21/9/2017 07:51 | The price appears to be holding up well considering. | shutittrev
21/9/2017 07:41 | I'm expecting a low ball bid for a strategic stake of at least 30% of the equity, which will give them effective control | gemstar2
21/9/2017 07:13 | My guess is there will be a statement around 2nd or Ed week in October, on the investigation and on trading for Q3. I'm not guessing or speculating that DM has been in the office, this is just a fact, not something to get excited about but he has been to the office. | wla2510
21/9/2017 04:39 | One thing is not a guess . Us longs or shorts have our money frozen and we are all invested in something serious wrong . If a company is trading poorly you can sell at a loss and move on . But none of us long or short invested in a possible big fraud where your funds could be locked for a very long time ? | charlesdarcy
20/9/2017 22:51 | As Andy said early, why would anyone pay attention to anything said on this BB at the moment all fake news, no facts & everyone guessing...🙄 | and11
20/9/2017 22:39 | and11. Absolutely nothing (zilch, zero, nil) that you have forecast, or predicted, or hoped and preyed, has come to fruition yet. All fake. Why should anyone pay any attention to your last comment? Can you give any previous comment of yours that has 'come good'? | pj 1
20/9/2017 22:35 | PJ 1 18 Jul '17 - 16:40 - 5957 of 7477 1 1 Its classed as a ''sucker stock'', for a reason, maybe this buying is more suckers being sucked in? ==================== That was posted after a circa 40% rise and the usual boring 'burn shorters' comments from the (then gloating) Bulls. | pj 1
20/9/2017 22:34 | Nah! No running... This is coming back, l have no worries about that boys...imho...Ԍ | and11
20/9/2017 22:28 | and11, Everyone is guessing here, nobody knows for sure. DM is surrounded by spies, people watching his house disguised as dog walkers, and now other people observing his office, I wonder if they use dog for cover too? Seriously though, everyone is speculating here, that's what people do on BB's. | andy |
