08/9/2017 19:19 | Delboy ; It depends on what PWC find on timings . It is a mess for sure | charlesdarcy
08/9/2017 19:04 | ayesha you should be ashamed of yourself for pumping this tiddlywink fraud. | highasakite
08/9/2017 19:04 | ayesha you should be ashamed of yourself for pumping this tiddlywink fraud. | highasakite
08/9/2017 19:04 | Ayesha . They might get the investigation done in 3-4 weeks but if they find what we are all thinking then as a public quoted company they will have to bring in the likes of SFO or similar . | delboy39
08/9/2017 18:52 | DelboyWe just dont know. We just have to wait and see. The investigation should be done within 2 weeks. | ayesha4
08/9/2017 17:58 | Forget the SFO they are a waste of space and rarely get involved with stockmarket frauds these days. Just look at Langbar/Globo. | highasakite
08/9/2017 17:54 | What a mess . PWC getting involved shows how serious it is and being in China will take a lot longer than in U.K. I don't think the Chairman can anymore until evidence is collected Then if damming then due to it being a public company there would be no choice than bring in the SFO It is one thing having a company perform poorly and stock price drop But you have no chance if fraud is spread throughout the deals being signed . Just a matter of time to turn the lights out here . | delboy39
08/9/2017 16:57 | Jaknife, LOL! In her profile it says "Chief Financial Officer" - CFO. Underneath it says "Deputy CFO" until August 2017. Was she promoted? | andy
08/9/2017 16:42 | Emma Rawlinson 3rd degree connection3rd Chief Financial Officer BNN Technology plc University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne Preston, United Kingdom Underneath it says: Experience BNN Technology plc Deputy Chief Financial Officer Company NameBNN Technology plc Dates EmployedSep 2016 – Aug 2017 Employment Duration1 yr LocationManchester, United Kingdom / Beijing, China | andy
08/9/2017 16:28 | Scott didn't have any options or a contractual entitlement to granting of options in the future; if he did then that is something that should have been disclosed in annual report(it isn't). Mercer gave himself 4m warrants (he was doing a great job according to himself) | dennislevine
08/9/2017 16:25 | ssc85 If they have a replacement why are they not appointed and on the Board? Patrick O'Connor is the only one they seem to have left that is close to CFO level qualified; he sure knew well enough not to go on the Board in any executive position and open himself up to all sorts of possible risks/liabilities. Also think a CFO/senior exec/Board member does not make wild accusations when he resigns immediately, unless 1) he never wants to work again or 2) there are facts behind what he is alleging. I don't think PWC should take long to find out if there has been wrongdoing although they will probably string it out to collect more fees along the way! | dennislevine
08/9/2017 16:21 | Agree with all of that. Was never very good at sitting around and waiting so just eager to find out whats happening, Friday evening is here so pub and meal out time! Enjoy your weekends all. | ssc85
08/9/2017 16:20 | Scott was only there for 15 months, so nowhere near getting his options? | astralvision
08/9/2017 15:56 | Don't disagree JK, but I was talking about recruitment and how you link your business colleagues not the company and I know the network game very well. Thought the concocting stories was the other way round actually. In relation to the company I post on the basis the investment is completely lost and accept that as the more likely outcome. Anything better than that is a bonus. We shall see in due course. | perfect choice
08/9/2017 15:53 | Scott didn't seem to know her before she joined, they both came via same recruitment firm. Why not just pick up the phone if he knew her? hxxp://simpsonjudge. Emma was clearly next in line to be CFO if Scott left, she decided to leave rather than become CFO of a public company - that should tell you something. | dennislevine
08/9/2017 15:37 | People you know don't have to be at the same company JK, its who you know in your professions especially in the same region. I have business contacts in a wide range of IT providers including my competitors, its just how the network works. This was basically Scott's team at BNN. Lets not forget Patrick O'Connor is currently acting as interim CFO, decent profile and background on LinkedIn hxxps://www.linkedin | perfect choice
08/9/2017 15:33 | ssc85 Scott had no options/warrants; the only person who did was Mercer when he gave himself 4m warrants in Dec 2015 | dennislevine
08/9/2017 15:24 | ssc85 Dress it up how you like yo suit your deluded agenda. This is not coming back. | highasakite |
