I don't see that happening, but l do see the institutional investors & high net worth pi's wanting there own man in control of the day to day business & finances. DM & Wei Qi will remain imho to handle the personal relationship's they have developed to help a BNN deliver against the existing forecast & develop new opportunities...all imho of course...patiently waiting for the outcome of PwC's investigation if we ever get to know what it was all about, as it's an internal investigation, I'm not sure this has to be publically announced...😎;😎😎

Gemstar2, why would the II's who own a good chunk of shares and Mercer who owns around 30mil shares (12%) and various other large holders agree to sell for 4p!between them they have enough shares to block any bid, if the underlying business is sound they won't sell out.
They Chinese business has management in place so the business plan I presume is being carried out, it's future potential deals that will be on the back burner while DM is suspended

So long as Mercer was in the saddle, I felt reasonably OK, as everything in China depends on personal relationships

It wouldn't surprise me at all now if some low ball offer came in at say 4p. Bidder gains control. Fires existing board. Invites Mercer and Qi back on at some astronomical salary/ bonus. New Bnn sails off into the sunset

Not sure why I would have an agenda when the shares are suspended from trading. Whoever he's assisting with their enquiries whether PWC or others he has been going to the office and my source is 2 legged good eyesight knows DM and didn't have his dog with him. Think what you like. Until we have an announcement none of us have a clue what's happening, what the allegations are but anyone who thinks DM is down and out is 'premature'

DM has been coming and going from BNN offices at Mallory Ct in the last few days. Been seen by relatable human eyes (and maybe dogs too). It Would appear to be business as usual albeit he will probably be providing reports/answers/explanations to PWC. I don't knows. What I do know is that he has not done a runner.

Would be nice to know Bergsy, I agree. But I think we will only hear something when the result is known. So the longer it goes on, I suppose, the worse the result for the shareholders. Obviously I have no clue about anything on this. So only my opinion.

Mercer has always had a reputation for being dodgy, mentioned this in connection to his activities regarding backing of racehorses, very shifty, you'll most likely find him propping up the bar at the Bells of Peover if you wish to talk to him!
