10/9/2017 08:23 | Through the woes of the last few months with this, one of my sources closer to Dan than me has assured me that things would come good. His confidence has come firstly from the new deals which (if real) will produce increased revenues and could support the Mirabaud forecast or at least something near it. In addition, he has assured me that DM has 20M shares and won't sell for less than £3/share. With these allegations now i begin to wonder whether shares have been sold without disclosure to the market. I know, we have to wait and see, the outcomes range from this being a positive turning point for BNN to the end of it and lose all your money! | wla2510
09/9/2017 16:59 | Yes in theory to most of that (doubt any insurance would cover extensive fraud and/or misappropriation of company funds); issue is in practice hardly anything ever happens. Deloitte may get a public censure but doubt much else would happen. Most recent example is Globo - mgmt falsified accounts, sold their shares without informing market. Very little has happened since this came out and bottom line for shareholders is they still lost everything. | dennislevine
09/9/2017 16:25 | question if pwc find wrong doings in the accounts surly deloitte must be liable for damages as they signed off the accounts also bnn should have pl insurance in place for any wrong doings if any , just a thought we as shareholders and owners of the company would have a claim, also if proved there is fraund not saying there is, the shareholders ie owners can sue those guilty for damages houses cars etc just a point as I know a large numbers of shareholders I know are sueing a aim gaming co that delisted just a thought comments please | goldie40
09/9/2017 10:40 | ayesha4 Your lies and misinformation over the months on this fraud has cost people a lot of money. You should be damned ashamed of yourself. May you rot in hell. | highasakite
09/9/2017 07:41 | And 11/Bergsy Both fair posts . But accusations are from CFO and deputy CFO I believe resigned some weeks ago ? For the chair to suspend trading is probably the biggest detrimental decision he could make along with the suspension . So the evidence must of been put together before the finance team started to break up . The CFO will be responsible for interim accounts and I feel it stems from these . What a mess | delboy39
08/9/2017 23:39 | In agreement with and11 , an independant investigation means independant! New firm looking over stuff. Most probobly, under aim rules when accusations made they have to be thoroughly looked into, which is what they are doing. | bergsy
08/9/2017 23:22 | Im just surprised why everyone's getting so animated about PwC & today's rns.. the company rns from Monday stated an independent investigation would take place, which meant they couldn't use their existing accountants...makes sense...let's see what PwC find & then a way forward. As stated before lots of cash sat in the Uk bank, growing revenues stream's & a fantastic platform....Stay calm longs 😎 | and11

08/9/2017 21:02 | I have an open mind.I expect the worst hope for the best.If it was a done and dusted fraud, they didnt need PCW, they already had Delliotte and Ernst Young on board. Just have to wait and see. | ayesha4
08/9/2017 20:19 | Delboy ; It depends on what PWC find on timings . It is a mess for sure | charlesdarcy
08/9/2017 20:04 | ayesha you should be ashamed of yourself for pumping this tiddlywink fraud. | highasakite

08/9/2017 20:04 | Ayesha . They might get the investigation done in 3-4 weeks but if they find what we are all thinking then as a public quoted company they will have to bring in the likes of SFO or similar . | delboy39
08/9/2017 19:52 | DelboyWe just dont know. We just have to wait and see. The investigation should be done within 2 weeks. | ayesha4
08/9/2017 18:58 | Forget the SFO they are a waste of space and rarely get involved with stockmarket frauds these days. Just look at Langbar/Globo. | highasakite
08/9/2017 18:54 | What a mess . PWC getting involved shows how serious it is and being in China will take a lot longer than in U.K. I don't think the Chairman can anymore until evidence is collected Then if damming then due to it being a public company there would be no choice than bring in the SFO It is one thing having a company perform poorly and stock price drop But you have no chance if fraud is spread throughout the deals being signed . Just a matter of time to turn the lights out here . | delboy39

08/9/2017 17:28 | Scott didn't have any options or a contractual entitlement to granting of options in the future; if he did then that is something that should have been disclosed in annual report(it isn't). Mercer gave himself 4m warrants (he was doing a great job according to himself) | dennislevine |
