Many Institutions are stupid, that's why they lose their clients' money all the time.

This is a screaming SELL boys!

Buy GENL instead to double + your money.

Huge value now below 80p, smell the flowers people, institutions have pumped in 25 big ones at 80p, do you think they do that on a hope and a prayer, they have bought in at value so for the share to slip below it is value 'long term'

Name me one other company that is a lottery operator, payment platform, fine processor, and credit reference agency. There isn't one. Jack of all trades and master of none springs to mind. Do one thing well, or better than anyone else and the market is yours. What is this scattergun approach? Diversifying the boiler shop.

Didn't QPP state exactly the same, which then changed to a Full LSE Listing application (which failed)

This is stated in the annual return in the CEO's review regarding Nasdaq listing:

Nasdaq
I am pleased to report that we submitted our formal application for a secondary listing on the Nasdaq in the fourth quarter of 2016, and that process is progressing well towards a Q3 2017 listing.  We continue to work with the Nasdaq exchange, our legal and financial advisers and the US Securities and Exchange Commission on the application and we will appraise the market when we have further updates.

Clearly not as simple as some people think to list on the Nasdaq...

Don't expect great shakes from trading today as we enter a holiday period....

And 11 ;
Ok take your point , but I am sure they are happy with 80p rather than 1.20 placing
But I am still feeling unsure of the timing of things

But let's see where things go later today on trading .

Great additions today by BNN.. Imho this isn't further diversification, this is a case of adding to what they already provide to ensure they have real depth to there revenue generate!!!

Guys your wrong on this point! There was a bear raid last week & some wrong mm work going on! If this was the case why would any II investor take placing shares at 80pence when the share price was the same! They did because initially they were paying well above this market... well done DM on gaining this placing price... what happened last week was worlds apart from what you believe has happened...Stsy strong, onwards & upwards..

Yes Genises ;

This company has done exactly that in my opinion
Crazy price drop followed by new fund raising after 4 months of almost static share price .
I am a long term holder and was excited being so even after stock dropped from 1.45 to 1.20 .
But confused what I am a long term holder in right now as It feels like BNN is a headless chicken in a Very difficult place of business .

I see lots of changes again happening here , but maybe that is how it is in this sector

However someone feels 80p is great value for the future all eyes on this afternoon trading .

Wont be buying anymore until we get a RNS saying that applications forms have been received by nasdaq .Just had a thought. Do the placement companies know we havent yet applied yet.Then they CAN have some of the medicine we have had the past week.

I'm thinking this must be oversold now. Whatever the long term future, they've persuaded the City to give the £25m, and given themselves some breathing space. For me right now, a trading share rather than an investment; but I think it has short term upside.

Bobbybull - Those figures from BNN about mobile payments are just fanciful, the GDP of China last year was around $12tln. USD., and the mobile payment was $5.5 USD. , No Way Pedro!

If you had bothered to read this morning's RNS you would see the reason for this.
Instead you prefer to linger on this bb and prattle out the same one liner all day.
Get a life!

Looks like the shares were sold down by large investors who knew a placing was coming.

From todays final results:

Outlook
China continues to invest heavily into upgrading its mobile internet infrastructure in rural areas, and it is expected that over 1 billion people will have smartphones by the end of 2017. In 2016, China's mobile payment market was USD 5.5 trillion - almost 50 times greater than the US - and is expected to reach USD 13 trillion by 2019. Digital payment platforms are an important source of transaction and financial data that is increasingly being leveraged by payment companies for new fintech platforms, targeted advertising, product development and social credit scoring. It is these trends and other macro trends across China that we hope to take advantage of over the coming year.

Huge numbers! If the company only manage to get 1% of $13 trillion at 0.2% then that is a revenue of $260,000,000. Even on a modest PE there is a lot to come here if all goes to plan.
