17/4/2017 08:09 | BNN have said Q3 so they would hardly say that if it was not a distinct possibility particularly with another £25m of funds on board. I didn't see any reference to the potential benefit from re-instatement of the lottery which is expected soon, in the recent results/statements. Could this be part of the reason that the funds have got in again at this level? | wla2510
17/4/2017 00:06 | Vegpatch! The initial admission requirements for BNN is clear & fine! .but there Admission I think will be based on part 2 in the main... but my understanding it's not that black & white... a mixed view will be taken by the assessor's.... probably the reasons for q3 listing... still further news to come out in support of there application imho..... | and11
16/4/2017 19:25 | So PC,what revenues do you think BNN should be generating to justify their market cap of £190m? Alibaba, that Goliath of a company with huge prospects and a phenomenal track record is currently rated at 12x revenues. | nurdin
16/4/2017 18:31 | And11 - would love your thoughts on which of these standards for Lusting on Nasdaq that BNN passes. Worth a look...hxxp://www.in | vegpatch
16/4/2017 18:14 | Agree "PC" there revenues are below the forecasted numbers, which is disappointing. I suspect it must have taken longer than planned to sign contracts off & role out the platform in the provinces! These are now in-place & I expect BNN should provided substantial growth going forward & increased margins with the new contracts! Positives are: Strong cash balance, great contracts in-place, revenues rolling in, Nas listing on the horizon & more to come during 2017!!! Sit tight, this will recover as it has previously done & hopefully the share price will move ahead of its previous high's as we build up to the listing...GLA.... | and11
16/4/2017 17:29 | BNN have delivered lower than wanted for sure and that has disappointed some, but to think they are out of it suddenly is also ridiculous. Cash flow fine for rest of 2017-18 with forecast £9.74M revenues calculated for just BAU work I make it, using end year results with extrapolation of H2 GTV/revenue from interim results + declared GTV revenues. As well as further incremental growth, new revenues also due from the motorist platform and also advertising revenues from mobile sports content being launched in Q2 2017, all adding to income required to support and grow the valuation. Have BNN been too ambitious in their statements? Yes and certainly Mirabaud have, so lessons to be learned. But growth potential undiminished and with yet more deals still possible including one potentially significant one, I see why BNN can be seen as a turn around stock (MF article). | perfect choice
16/4/2017 13:19 | Your probably right gaga9! All looking good going forward for BNN. Contracts & monies in place to take this to the next level in H2 of 2017... | and11
16/4/2017 11:54 | What research have you done that gives you that confidence, if I may ask? Genuinely interested. | nurdin
16/4/2017 11:16 | Having researched BNN extensively all the fundamentals remain in place for BNN to mature into a significant fintech company able to address the biggest market on the planet. The shorters will all catch heavy colds sooner rather than later. GLA | gaga9
15/4/2017 11:57 | Yep! Good comments from "The motley fools creed" spot on...hold strong this will have a bounce soon enough... | and11
15/4/2017 11:06 | A changing business Reporting somewhat downbeat results on Thursday was technology, content and services company BNN Technology (LSE: BNN). It reported a decline in revenue of over 72% versus the prior year as it pivoted into a technology company. It began to generate revenues from its new business model in the second half of the year, which meant that its operating loss increased from £9.3m to £16.5m in 2016. Much of the fall in profitability was due to investment in people and technology. The company also announced a £25m placing on Thursday which could help to improve its overall performance and create a sustainable growth stock. It has already made progress in signing mobile content and competition deals, while other commercial deals in its payments business indicate that the company could be on the cusp of a more profitable period. Certainly, there is a considerable amount of risk for the company’s investors. Any company which makes major changes to its business model could encounter short-term challenges which may lead to disappointing financial performance. However in the long run, BNN seems to have the scope to mount a successful turnaround. | monts12
14/4/2017 08:13 | Ayesha4 ; You have always written exactly what you know and up to a couple of weeks ago always positive . I agree with you that those who wrote on here that they had spoke directly with BNN on progress were mis lead ( imo )especially with the listing on the Nas I am a long term holder and remain at the moment but will expect a much more open reporting to the market from now on . Just maybe the new mega investor will open up other deals for BNN now they have a stake I am annoyed with the way BNN conducted the lack of information over the past 6 months And will hope that a steady share price rise will form over the next few weeks / months as I can't help feel the drop was orchestrated ? Let's here much more and clearer message from now on BNN | delboy39
14/4/2017 00:32 | PhilI posted what I was told. What I was fed. Garbage. I didnt sell today. If it drifts I will. I need some convincing why I had faith in their word when there was money to be made elsewhere. | ayesha4
13/4/2017 23:54 | Ayesha4 Good luck and bye bye. I believe by the end of this year will be transforming. But hey ho as pi we know nothing, from experience the big boys will be informed what's going on monthly. | genises
13/4/2017 23:51 | Fair enough but for a long time you acted like some kind of sage, implying you had some kind of "extra" information over and above ordinary PI's in the past. At least admit that you did not and you only posted stuff like that as a ramp for your own personal benefit. | philparkes
13/4/2017 22:11 | Im fed up of being lied to. Ive been here when they went to 30p the first time. Enough is enough. | ayesha4
13/4/2017 21:34 | As previously stated earlier today by a Pi!!! 25million further investment by II's both existing & new II's (one of the top 2 global institutions on-board) tells you everything you need to know! They have a far better understanding of BNN's prospects & opportunities post there analysts!!! Some of the comments on here today are pure guesswork, shorters & bitter investors!!! Get a crip, this will move upwards soon enough! Great opportunity to buy in at these levels. I'm here for the long run not the quick buck! Which rarely happens in most aim stocks. Far more to come from this company & the future looks bright... | and11
