11/4/2017 14:57 | Did the BNN(ex DJI) RNSs actually state the Mirabaud forecast? They are separate items I expect (haven't actually checked). Yes it has been pushed back so April 2016 forecast is effectively obsolete in April 2017. In terms of justification, well the petrol app alone would make a major contribution to that figure on the basis "net commission income" of £50M is eventually achieved and is a much more recent analysis (March 2017). Basically the whole model needs updating so we need a new broker forecast on latest developments anyway. | perfect choice
11/4/2017 14:53 | wla Thank you for your further post, missed it whilst posting my last one. That sounds reasonable and indicates why we are still here, the potential is still massive if they can execute. Personally I think a break-even performance this year would not be unreasonable, they must have lost a shed-load in Q1 and unless things ramp up dramatically, it is probably unreasonable to expect too much this year. 2018 could be very interesting. | astralvision
11/4/2017 14:49 | If we are looking at £25m in 2018, and I've yet to see a basis for that figure, then that would indicate things have been pushed back a year. The Mirabaud forecast of April 2016 forecast net income of £47m this year, less minority interests of £19.3m to give £27.8m attributable earnings. For 2018 the figures were £109.6m, less minority int. £46.6m to give at. £63.1m. These forecasts are now way out of date. On the plus side we have had more contracts which will result in more revenue streams in due course and greater profits On the negative side we have had dilution by issuing more shares last year and , it would seem, the take up is slower than anticipated. Perhaps one of the main areas of concern is that BNN seem to have been less than frank with investors in their RNS releases, I think 'selective' would be a very polite term for it. They need to 'fess up and level with investors, otherwise it is difficult to take onboard anything they say seriously. | astralvision
11/4/2017 14:49 | I can't provide(as I don't have) a detailed build up. Its just my understanding of what they hope for without over egging it. so maybe £8-£10m profit in 2017, at valuation of say 25x would support share price £1 - 1.25, based on 200m shares. If they make £25m in 2018 at 25x would support >£3. I realise thats not worth much without detailed back up, its just my understanding and why i am heavily invested here. There is risk of course but also potentially more upside than is included in those figures, not least if the lottery is restored. | wla2510
11/4/2017 14:46 | Which note are you talking about? The 25 April note, which is completely out of date now and was overtly bullish as it turns out,had PTP of £47m for 2017 with £134m penciled in for 2018...ye right ! | nurdin
11/4/2017 14:38 | That note issued last year assumed launch of new services in "May 2016" when in practice it was October 2016 so the whole timeline has slipped. 2018 profit forecast is bound to be lower as a result but I would say the remap up is at least as previously forecast if not higher, be it a ramp up later than originally envisaged. | perfect choice
11/4/2017 14:27 | wla..where have you got this figure of £25m from? | nurdin
11/4/2017 14:20 | Interesting WLA.If forecasts are for £25m profit next year, that is one massive downgrade from the note issued last year. Not sure how they can make a forecast credible at this point, as Q1 sales weren't enough to support any sort of profit or anywhere close to covering costs.I think they need to demonstrate the roll out is succeeding and that GTV and margins are heading north sharply. Realistically that will take another couple of Quarters at least.Nas listing for Q3 looks on the optimistic side to me. Q1 2018 would look a better option, although that would mean they would need to raise cash again before that point. | astralvision
11/4/2017 14:10 | I hear results may be after the Bank Holiday. Revised broker forecast for 2018 and market reaction to it will be key to share price. If there is credible reasoning to support £25m profit in 2018, listing on NASDAQ could take this to £3 but we are a long way from that at the moment... | wla2510
11/4/2017 14:09 | Ah, that word "scheduled" is not the same as "will" if that is the case.. Yes revised broker forecast will definitely help and worth holding off results to include. We shall find out tomorrow. | perfect choice

11/4/2017 13:37 | I hope BNN don't leave it till 4.30pm Thursday, they do have previous on this front. To be fair, the annual results this year are being published in a timely manner and hopefully Mr Kennedy has bought some financial discipline to the organisation. | astralvision
11/4/2017 13:29 | Thanks and11, next time I should read the RNS more carefully and read: "The company's financial results for the 12 months ended 31 December 2016 are scheduled to be released by the end of next week." | perfect choice
11/4/2017 12:44 | Results, I would suspect will be Thursday as indicated in last weeks rns!!! | and11

10/4/2017 12:17 | Topaz ; I am amazed how concerned you are for my well being . It is true nobody wants to lose money at any time . But I am doing this for fun/ interest and thankfully due to fairly successful business life I have not to worry . I do feel you need too look at yourself though we know you don't rate this stock as you have sent the message 100 times we get it . But there is no commission here for you or award so like others please go away ! 10/4/2017 09:18 | Not interested Topaz!!! It took 9 months for your prediction to happen & only after a bear raid last week! Little or nothing to do with the company & its development!! This will be back up to the highs of last year soon enough! To much going on to hold this back my dear!! | and11
10/4/2017 09:06 | charlesdarcy, keep burying your head in the sand, thanking others for the info (you want to hear), but not what Topaz has been very kindly saying, the truth basically. Topaz is the only one who's called this right so far my dear, but keep on topping up, until you've lost the lot. Welcome to AIM, where a few fortunes are made but millions more lost. When things go wrong on AIM, you get out quick, not linger while Directors spout out empty promises IMO! | topazfrenzy
10/4/2017 08:59 | Bugga..damn this calculator! You are right...apologies... | nurdin |
