Stav, undoubtedly the gentleman as ever. Your input at the AGM was invaluable and I note, that as fellow holders, we owe you a debt of gratitude in facilitating a discussion between our newly named "BMR Mining" and the "WB". Well done that man. I had a conversation with Tie(takeiteasy) over the weekend and putting aside the heavy losses we have sustained, the most disheartening factor is the fact that the folk in Kabwe are no better off than when BMR first purchased dump 57. We both feel that the ethical investment criteria that BMR voiced, albeit on a subdued basis, ticked a number of boxes. We held through TEO into BMR and made decisions to continue to support and add to our investments. It appeared to allow some tangible benefit to be afforded to the locals, sadly as yet, nothing. Rightly or wrongly it felt morally and ethically correct to support the cause, although a great deal of the redeeming self gratification was autogenously created. I do hope that BMR can resurrect the project and allow us to enjoy that uplifting experience of having helped the folk in Kabwe.

Yes, why wait indeed. A pilgrimage to London or elsewhere in our green and pleasant land is welcomed. The family matter resolved and is now sunning itself in the Maldives for 3 months, some stories have happy endings LOL! BMR's is most probably on a couch at the rear of a Thai Massage Studio :-).

I was also....Very disappointed you could not make it, you being one of the longest serving BMRIONS, our meeting is many, many years overdue.

I hope that whatever the circumstance that stopped you attending has a swift and positive resolution.

QS has been vilified and regularly attacked on the boards. To be fair his mischievous nature often attracts it, but as I have said many times after being ROUNDED on myself for being his friend, WE OFTEN AGREE TO DISAGREE, AND he has been around longer than most, he has suffered with the rest of us, and is no fool, as you probably heard yourself when he spoke at the recent AGM.

Anyway, friendship is beyond monetary parameters.

Although I do not post like I used to...Good luck to all BMRions, WE WILL ALL NEED IT!

FB: I too would welcome a meeting soon, why wait for the next AGM?

Understand balls and sound prioritising.

Yes I've been gathering the hidden connections and links. A very intestine picture involving Dennis the ex stockbroker and our new Chairman. If they think for one minute we are all a push over and they can get this away cheap then I hope they like bars and porridge LOLsss

Next time you are in London let me know and we will meet up with Stav baby too LOLsss

If only QS. Had arranged to go but a pressing family matter unfortunately got in the way. They come first and are always going to do so. Yes, the BOD has an air of professionalism. Would have been good to have met up with you and Stav, along with all the others including TIE.Next year will hopefully see chocolate bickies replace the Rich Tea. I've had a few Kabwe reports from an PhD student, interesting and still encouraging regarding areas that may contain additional resource.

May the saga continue, I hope it doesn't last another decade though LOL!

Berkeley Mineral Resources PLC

(to be re-named BMR Mining PLC)

(the "Company")

Result of AGM

The Company announces that, at the Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") of the Company held earlier today, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.

Accordingly, with effect from 29 May 2015, the Company's name will change to BMR Mining PLC (AIM:BMR) and, pursuant to Resolution 7 as set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting sent to shareholders on 27 April 2015, the Share Sub-Division and Share Consolidation will be effected.

Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading and such trading is expected to commence at 8am on 29 May 2015. The ISIN of the New Ordinary Shares will be GB00BWV0F181 and the SEDOL of the New Ordinary Shares will be BWV0F18.

Following the Share Consolidation, there will be 131,965,452 New Ordinary Shares in issue of GBP0.01 each. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury and so this figure can be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to, their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Resolution 10 was passed by the requisite authorities and, accordingly, the Board has been granted the authority to issue New Ordinary Shares with pre-emption rights dis-applied up to the aggregate nominal amount of GBP5,000,000. The Company agreed at the AGM that, notwithstanding the passing of this resolution, it would not exercise this authority above an aggregate nominal amount of GBP2,500,000 in the period up to the next annual general meeting of the Company (or, if shorter, until 28 May 2016).

Smelly just remind everyone that the share consolidation was in the AGM RNS yesterday - instead of silly remarks - because I went back and checked myself and found the paragraph stating this fact.I still think that a separate RNS should have been issued to confirm the fact.

10. In addition to Resolution 9 granting Directors the authority to issue Ordinary Shares, this Resolution seeks to dis-apply statutory pre-emption rights in respect of the issue of New Ordinary Shares by the Company up to the aggregate nominal amount of £5,000,000.
