Shareholder value after consolidation?

I'm at QS's table. This is a slow and painful shafting, no more no less. Consolidated shares 135 odd million, the NEW shares. Value, well at this share price we are back to the TEO days at around 3.5p. Then Alex has 500 million to issue as the directors see fit. How much to we need to raise. Anyways no preemption rights so ANO investor supplies a chunk of cash at a discount to the share price and takes a controlling interest. Or one or more do the same. The existing LTH's are mere dregs in the cup. The NEW investors are taking a virtually riskless stake with full control. It's been a painful ride but the suffering don't stop there.

IMHO why not knock on World Bank and Blacksmiths door to fund the clean up and set up a JV where we get a return that benefits existing holders and takes the fat cat equity stake out of the equation.

The sharks are gathering, best take some reasonable tackle to the AGM, there is some gutting to be done before we are moaning about the one that got away.

More likely 5p (but only after consolidation).

Jonga, Aim stocks are about timing. Bmr is more likely going to go to 0.05p then rocket up 300% up on some false rumour

I wouldn't take any notice of what anyone posts on a message board, JONGA. Make up your own mind.

Has everyone bailed out! I've got 300,000 bought @ an average of 3.5p. I doubled up last Aug what there was that false press report, and put them into my ISA so no losses to be claimed!
Is there any chance the price could recover?
Or should I sell out now to get a 10th of my investment back?
Any ideas any one! It's gone quiet on this board.

Thanks

From Wikipedia:

"Ernest Walter Saunders (born 21 October 1935) is a former British business manager, best known as one of the "Guinness Four", a group of businessmen who attempted fraudulently to manipulate the share price of the Guinness company. He was sentenced to five years' imprisonment, but released after 10 months as he was believed to be suffering from Alzheimer's disease, which is incurable. He subsequently made a full recovery."

"Mr Saunders had his five-year sentence halved on appeal, and was released from prison after only 10 months when a medical report said he was suffering from the irreversible brain disease Alzheimer's.

Mr Saunders was unable to recall three numbers backwards, or to remember the name of the US president, a psychiatrist said.

Since his release, Mr Saunders has worked as a marketing consultant for the likes of Carphone Warehouse, and is said to consider the Alzheimer's diagnosis an error. "

How old is MA?

How many AIM directors of a similar age are there, that could be thinking "Hang abite Harold......if He can get away with that......maybe?
Perhaps just one last "Big One"".

What harm would it cause, chasing it up? Very little if he genuinely has dementia. He'll probably soon forget all about it.

Family and friends? Well some of them seem to have been just as involved as MA.

If he has early stage dementia, the DVLA and his insurance company, should probably have been informed before investors. Even if only a short time before.

He might be able to produce an overseas license or three, but he is unlikely to be driving in the UK on "Zambian" insurance.

The above ground JORC assets at recovery rates of 55% Zn and 85% Pb are worth £464 million before processing costs at current prices. The discounted market price and the assumption that processing costs and environmental reserve is similar to the DFS is £127 million. The environmental reverse will be a lot lower based on the increased tonnages available for processing. So with a fair wind and better through put rates we have the opportunity to deliver around £135 million over whatever the processing period will be, circa 8 - 10 years I would think.
