Smelly, it was a response to an earlier question with a touch of irony (apt for a mining company I thought), not sure you are positioned to comment about others intellect.....how many shares are you ACTUALLY holding I wonder..? That said, no point us fighting, the Enemy has control of the company!

How bright are you Wiggle pmsl

Given shareholders have been raped once allegedly, trust is crucial.

The BOD and CEO cannot be trusted. Assets have been written down and off with no hard evidence freely available to shareholder which other more dodgy rns's releases.

We are led to believe MA bough worthlessly for over 10 years whilst buying millions of shares in that worthless entity. As soon as Zema approval drops he's ousted, a reason is found to suspended and the act of write down begins prior to what I believe will be a cheap sale of your value.

The current CEO is working his but off just cos he's a great chap my backside. He's doing it because his rewards lie upstream. He was manoeuvred in by a so called friends of MA.

On the 28th May be there and vote NO.

Di not give any controls or greater authority to this BOD.

Establish the truth about your assets independently. Seek greater shareholder control by tying dilution and share issue to a vote as and when the BOD have a proposal to issue no a blanket approval as proposed. Be prepared to turn out in force and use your 20% power.

By all means tie CEO performance to share options related to share price triggers but control YOUR company or get it stolen from under your snouts LOLsss

Q

I'll be saying NO, I just hope there is enough sense amongst shareholders to also veto removing shareholder rights?

So, we get one share for every 10, with a valuation of 0.7p, so each share we have is now worth 0.07p bloody marvelous !!

Balls it's already lined up hence the rediculous write down of valuable assets and no claims against indemnities. The shareholders are a walk over unfortunately and few seem to have balls money and or brains present company accepted LOLsss

QS - Wonder if he can get the Blue Rinse Brigade on side? Not knowing the off side rule, they might be of the current party's persuasion. Nice & Easy does it!

Personally I think that Alex is priming BMR for something other than our benefit, we shall see.

Basically if this goes up 300% u want to be shorting. If this goes down 80%. Buy. At current levels no idea what to do.

Forget the politics, hence the LOL, it's BMR we need to focus on! Fight Fire with Fire, Fire. Probably not much in it FP, they are all pretty much the same, however, I do believe the focus of the current government is to advocate entrepreneurial ventures at any cost, don't let me start on about Zero hours.

Is it surprising that all the assets have been written off or down and how predictably surprising that Alex's crystal ball saw the slide in the price on resumption. I'm glad I'm afforded rights and protection in Tory Rip Off Britain. Don't forget to vote for more today LOL!
