05/7/2018 16:02 | Maybe if blujay don't want to buy Albas assets plenty of Chinese will!!! Farm in | 25wbh
05/7/2018 15:55 | tidy 2 - if you were do some research you will discover Booth Sound off the coast of where the Alba Thule Black Sand licence is. It is a protected marine site. Hence it is highly unlikely that the authorities will give Alba a permit to mine (i.e. a failure on the EIA). Next do you realise that Alba will have to obtain a bathymetric survey? Next, can you please advise us who Alba's marine environmental specialists are as described in today's RNS. They are not on Alba's website. If you do not know who may I suggest that you email George Frangeskides your executive chairman for the answer. Next take a look at the Alba's annual report for the year ending 30.11.17 which you will find on the Alba website. When you do, you will see that the cash and cash equivalents as at 30.11.18 stood at £626,939. Since then Alba have raised (and diluted shareholders) £750,000 at the end of March 18 and £800,000 at the beginning of May. Whilst you are there take a look at what Frangeskides pays himself. Also how many warrants he has - and the princely sum at which they are exercisable. You could also ask him if he has ever visited TBS. Now do you best to work out the millions that Bluejay have spent on getting to the position it has to develop Dundas. Bluejay are almost there and we will highly likely have an exploitation permit by year end plus at least one off take agreement with a buyer. Where the hell and how the hell are Alba going to raise the money to follow in Bluejay's foot steps. Billions and billions of shares issued and to who? On a practical basis have you worked out the detail of what he has said about the sediments in the RNS - where they go - into the sea? Have you worked out tides, swells etc. I personally think that it is highly highly unlikely that TBS will ever ever get TBS fully off the ground - just my opinion - just saying like. Now do you think Bluejay have the slightest interest in merging with TBS? | snowyflake

05/7/2018 14:34 | It’s not as if there’s a speed limit....but, it’s several heavy loads, a few very heavy loads & it looks like Generators- where are the sails though? Like a bunch of “old enough to know better” kids! Waiting for our presents to get unloaded. :-) Rampair, as excited as everyone else! | rampair
05/7/2018 11:28 | Can’t wait to post a webcam picture of our kit being unloaded at Dundas onto the ALBA B.B. TeeHee. | shavian

05/7/2018 08:42 | It looks much better moving! Now, A big day in Titanium, Tronox and Cristal have had their merger approval in the EU. Eramet looks to have a fair bit of MDL there’s Merger and all sorts of corporate activity. Most important- something for the weekend for our team in Moriusaq! | rampair
05/7/2018 08:36 | Malik Arctica has left harbour at Nuuk and is on its way to Moriusaq. The shipping conditions look calm. | snowyflake
05/7/2018 07:44 | Not for me 25wbh - and I wonder whether the marine life will have a say in the environmental study. | snowyflake
05/7/2018 07:40 | Yes do you want to buy it before the price reall y goes up!!lol | 25wbh
05/7/2018 07:10 | I see that the B Team is beginning to get its act together next door to Dundas this morning. | shavian
04/7/2018 17:56 | Yes Snowyflake, the Ritz opened for business and first cruise arriving as you say - excellent, Big toy sand Trommel sorter is a 250 ton/ hour beastie, Those 30 ton haul trucks are powerful kit, plus the diggers and dump trucks and sand sorter from last year should knock out the 5000 ton loads quickly enough, the rest can be stockpiled for sale after licensing. R. | rampair
04/7/2018 16:58 | Shavian - it leaves Nuuk at 3 am local tomorrow. Be up at 6am UK or thereabouts and you may get a webcam pic of her leaving. She arrives Moriusaq 14.00 Friday (17.00 uk)and I guess given the fact that there is 24 hours daylight, unloading of the toys can begin. I guess that we already have persons on site staying at the Moriusaq Ritz, working with existing equipment and having the occasional muskox beer (if allowed) when relaxing. | snowyflake
04/7/2018 16:44 | I’m working on there being a bit of an uplift when PI’s see images of big Tonya Toys like excavators and dump trucks on the ground at Dundas. If I’m right we have the rest of this week for any cheap top-up. Malik still docked at Nuuk | shavian
04/7/2018 10:32 | thanks bbb and mm always interesting to have someone else's view on things and especially when that person has a vested interest on similar terms.the day to day monotony and the slide South can take it's toll which in turn sometimes encourages some pi's to throw in the towel.but as has been said before our story is great our foundations have been laid solidly and the rewards can potentially be exponential. | thebigchap
04/7/2018 09:53 | Yes indeed. Some investors perhaps needed a new car, a new wife or even an vacation!! So are selling a few. The fundamentals of this company have not changed. If not balls deep already I would gladly load up a few more. If you have the cash, go get some. Lets hope our man at the helm has enough stamina to bring the off-take deals to a good end. He might get tired or even irritated by the endless discussions and the swarm of lawyers around. And lawyers are not known to work efficiently and keep their hours to a minimum. MM | moreminer
04/7/2018 09:33 | Tbc. I don't know; maybe it's just people getting bored with waiting and moving on to other things. Maybe the share price got a bit ahead of itself a few months back, for a company with a market cap of over £200m and no income. Don't forget the large institutions building their stakes kept the price high and there seemed to be good news every few weeks to keep PIs buying. Personally I can't see anything fundamental that has made this less attractive. Next scheduled news should be the feasibility report, but I guess that is already pretty much discounted. My guess is that the next thing to have a big impact on the price will be news and terms of an offtake agreement (or two). As I've said before, I don't know how to put any target price on this but I feel there are major milestones on the horizon and for me it's the grant of an exploitation licence. Whilst it would be nice to see a steadily rising share price, I'm not worried. | bigboyblue |
