30/6/2018 14:42 | Or this one, "I love it when a plan comes together" Hope we get to see some major progress soon. | moreminer
30/6/2018 13:59 | Well found Rampair. Work season about to escalate with delivery of this additional equipment; work on Disko about to start 23rd July from the agm on Thursday. Was it not Thunderbirds that coined the phrase - all systems go? | snowyflake
30/6/2018 13:00 | Malik Arctica- deck shot from webcam. Look out for excavator and Haul truck! | rampair
30/6/2018 12:58 | Royal Arctic line - I believe, from looking at the webcam from this vessel, that our additional equipment for the start of the 2018 works are off the Southern coast of Greenland. If I’m correct, (it looks exactly like the machinery announced previously- sat on deck) then 2018 is go! It will, of course add to the excavators and screening kit delivered last year. Enjoy! Rampair. | rampair
29/6/2018 19:23 | Rampair - you could have the first bicycle made of Dundas ilmenite!!!!! What colour? - surely not black. I do not think holders have anything to worry about. The Pittufik assets are exceptional. The product will be in demand; my view is that it is already in demand. Despite valiant attempts by some attendees at the AGM to persuade the board to enter into details about discussions that they have had with potential purchasers and thus off take agreements, the board would not or rather COULD NOT discuss that in any detail. What was clear was that Rod M is frustrated about what I perceive to be an "on the cusp" moment. Observers have to understand that first no details can be given until an agreement is made and then, with lawyers instructed, an agreement is signed by the executives; second discussions by their very nature are commercially sensitive. I guess Rod M would love to go into detail but he cannot - end of. What he said many times at the meeting using my lingo was that when an off take agreement is signed that event would transform matters. I am sitting quietly and holding my stock tight. | snowyflake
29/6/2018 15:09 | Titanium Bicycles are, apparently the latest thing. | rampair
29/6/2018 13:13 | 3 v 1 (90k v 1.2k) 942k v 778k the strongest looking book in many a week | gersemi
29/6/2018 10:38 | Not Good enough R. It was a hot topic now its not. You cant delve back the way to explain away a relevant question. it was once considered important to tie it up now apparently its not...what has changed? Also looking forward to the new science being brought in to play for Disko. | thebigchap
29/6/2018 10:13 | Within the structure of Bluejay - Disko was acquired as a part of Avanaa(cairn energy) So this now sits in our Group as a separate entity, possibly that’s enough? Very much looking forward to learning more about the use of high tech Ground sensing at Disko also mentioned at the AGM I believe? R | rampair
29/6/2018 08:57 | Ok Snowy, seems a bit strange to me that it wasn't mentioned since it was clearly a point up for discussion at the last Q&A whereby Rod had intimated that it was something he was acutely aware of as needing serious attention in "the very near future". That would say to me that something within the original game plane has fundamentally changed! Maybe the worry of having Disko swallowed up in a takeover bid is no longer of any concern? | thebigchap
28/6/2018 22:59 | Thanks for the A.G.M feedback snowy vet much appreciated, I was hoping to be there myself today but it wasn't to be. If price stays around 21 to 23 around mid July(my war chest will be ready by then)I will be adding 100k shares | adamstip
28/6/2018 20:12 | tbc - no; nor from memory was it raised by either the board or the floor. | snowyflake
28/6/2018 19:42 | I echo thebigchap's thanks | bigboyblue
28/6/2018 19:36 | was there any further indication of if/when the disk spin off will take place? | thebigchap
28/6/2018 19:30 | thanks for taking the time to post this snowyflake.its very much appreciated by myself and I'm sure others who could not attend. keeps us all in the loop so to speak...cheers | thebigchap
28/6/2018 19:09 | Mike Walters has posted his notes of today's AGM. I will not reproduce any element for copyright reasons. Subscribers who pay the modest subscription will be able to read it. I will mention two points however that were discussed at the agm. 1) I firmly believe that we are in sight of an off take agreement and it may not be one; 2) the ceo is very much of the view that the terms of an off take will set a value against Dundas and will provide the necessary impetus for funding further developments which in turn will assist in the application for the exploitation permit; 3) when the application for the exploitation permit is filed (still on course to be filed in Q4 2018) the rest should be a matter for the bureaucrats. In short the hard work necessary to fulfill the grant would have been completed i.e. the company would have fulfilled the criteria for the grant; 4) the marketing director Peter Waugh made it clear that not one party in discussions as interested in buying product has shown any negativity; bgnhir - were you an attendee? 5) there will shortly be an announcement regarding Disko which involves a technology to assist the company in identifying target spots at Disko - field work on Disko will recommence on 23rd July, | snowyflake
28/6/2018 17:08 | The results of the AGM document just reiterates to me what I’ve genuinely believed all along and continue to believe: we are sitting on a gold (titanium) mine with Bluejay. Once the offtake comes.... buckle up all! | bgnhlr
28/6/2018 12:18 | I think today’s AGM will offer some clarity. The wider market is down, I don’t think too much to read into. I’m sure some hints may be offered & work at Itelak/Moriusaq will throw up pleasant surprises. Looking at the wider picture, Heavy Mineral sands are normally found with 3% being a good grade of Ilmenite. The fact that we can simply sieve sand off a massive beach to get a product at 9% (with enormous upside possibilities from Itelak) This is before starting to create a concentrate. If you compare our quantities of resource & with the Itelak target, we could be one of the largest and most pure Deposits as well as the highest grade Worldwide. I expect that once our figures for production costs to ship to Europe and North America are publicised officially and, the reality of this new Ilmenite province is accepted - it will seriously impact the TiO2 feedstock market. - in a good way for JAY. Then, we move to having a second round - Disko. Not just a 1 Project explorer. R. | rampair
28/6/2018 11:27 | Let's see what the agm brings.... | bjlk
28/6/2018 11:17 | really did not expect to see this go below the last placing:-( | thebigchap
28/6/2018 10:38 | The story is excellent, but remember the market cap is pretty punchy too at around £180 million. | buoycat
27/6/2018 16:20 | Not normally a fan of manipulation stories but I think this is being held down.....big buys going in and still we go nowhere.... the story is still fantastic and all still in play... patience... | bjlk
27/6/2018 08:57 | Hannam must be doing a good job for JAY behind the scenes, if the GEO team have appointed him | aravali |
