07/6/2018 16:43 | Well, I hope all who attended the meeting in London (and still are!)it all looked very much a happy group. It helps that it was in a Pub I think.... Samples of Ilmenite and Rocks from Disko, an excellent turn out by the Company from the pictures I saw - thanks to Mr McMacca. (Much appreciated) Even spotted a few posters, Snowyflake and two of his bodyguards. I hope that one day, we can make the trip from Euroland - perhaps at licence time. Best Regards, R. | rampair
06/6/2018 11:36 | Greg has also been replaced as CEO of Georgian by Michael Struthers of Lundin, a much more hard-bitten mining engineer. Greg has ‘stepped back’ (= ‘been demoted’ in real-world speak) to being CFO at GEO and has probably been told to stop messing about in Greenland and get on with his proper job. Is his departure the end of all links between JAY and GEO? I think Jeremy Whybrow was associated with both at the start, as well as with both Greg and Rod at Greenland Minerals’ REE/U3O2 project at Kvanefjeldt. All part of both companies’grow | shavian
06/6/2018 11:00 | Announcement of non exec change, although Greg has a fair bit of work on at Georgian Mining. Rod McIllree also holds shares in Geo so a friendly parting as Georgian seems to be getting a bit bigger. | rampair
06/6/2018 10:03 | At what time are you likely to make it shutittrev? Whilst it would be good to meet up with you I cannot wait to see the donkey jacket and Doc Martins. | snowyflake
06/6/2018 10:02 | It looks like there could be a few notification changes. I wish I had a spare million or two as I'd top up if I could | citytilidie
06/6/2018 09:45 | Excellent news Mac, I'll be coming straight from work so Donkey Jacket and Doc Martins it is then. Will you still be able to sign me into Sophisticats? | shutittrev
05/6/2018 21:34 | We have the honor of the great wordsworth himself .... .... Mr Michael Walters at the FAMily get together on Thursday! Still not too late to join us!Afewmonthsoff@hot | maccamcd
05/6/2018 11:20 | Yes, fortunately it’s raining again today and the heating is back on! I need some Nice soothing words to come out at the Thursday meeting, hopefully attendees of the Soho Soirée will let us 2nd class citizens in the depths of Europe what Bluejay Mgmt Like in the way of food and drink - maybe someone from the company could bring in a small sample of Ilmenite to let shareholders see and feel what it looks like? I would also like to hear any positive noises about Disko and what may happen this summer. Nickel is high on the list of Battery metals along with Cobalt and Copper Disko could be a find that takes Bluejay up and beyond current share targets. We know there is a working Sulphide system from last years fieldwork- more positive news from this year will only help - perhaps we can see what is planned. Also, how we are going to go about analysing what appear to be astonishingly high grades for the sands there. Summer season almost here hopefully in Greenland, it certainly isn’t anywhere here! 04/6/2018 09:52 | Macca, Many thanks for the invite. Due to the fact that I am based in Hollandshire (some say South Denmark) and my agenda is rather full at the moment, I have to decline. I trust this is not yet the pirate party to come and that 8 June you will share your findings on this board. | moreminer

31/5/2018 12:06 | Bluejay Mining* (JAY LN) 23p, Mkt Cap £197m – Report indicates strong confidence that Dundas will be highly sought after for high grade, low impurity and homogenous mineral sands STRONG BUY - included in MSCI index Target Price 45p BlueJay Mining’s annual report Chairman statement indicates confidence that the Dundas project’s unique high-grade, low impurity and homogenous mineral sands will be sought after by end-users in the ilmenite processing industry. The surprise discovery of very-high grade ilmenite by our estimation at Iterlak has the potential to surpass desposit discoveries to-date. Ability to upgrade the already high-grade ilmenite by a further 30% on simple oversize separation further improves the mine grade and cost profile of the project. Costs could rank among the world’s lowest. Location should enable low-cost shipping into Europen and North American markets. The Greenland government also have a new five year mineral and oil strategy 2018 which feeds into a long-standing target of opening five new large scale mines in the near term. The report also reminds us that BlueJay also continue to work on the Disko project which hosts potential for a nickel-copper-cobalt BlueJay also holds a number of other prospective targets at Kugg, Illug and Kangerluarsuk in Greenland where the retreating ice cap has exposed quite a number of interesting geological features. The Chairman appears confident in his outlook for the company’s world class asset and anticipation of meaningful newsflow as the project get closer to exploitation with further upside from the Disko project. The company is completing a Pre-Feasibility Study on the Dundas ilmenite project which will give us a clearer view of the expected project economics, initial optimisation of production rates, engineering design and capital costs. Cash: Bluejay have a strong cash position currently holding >£15m in cash. The company report a loss of £2,68m for the 18-month period to end December reflecting a major increase in activity at the Dundas project and the purchase of mining equipment for the project. Conclusion: The Chairman’s statement is confident and positive in its outlook for the potential of the Dundas ilmenite, titanium mineral sands project in Greenland. We await results from the ongoing Dundas Pre-Feasibility Study shortly which will give us better indication of the likely scale of production, capital and operating costs and therefore eventual value of the project. While we expect positive results from the Dundas PFS we are excited over the potential for extraordinary returns from the Iterlak prospect which looks as if it may be off-the scale from a grade perspective, though we do not have an accurate picture of the measured tonnage and grade just yet. *An share price Angel mining analyst has visited the Dundas (formerly Pituffik) ilmenite sands project in Greenland. *SP Angel act as nomad and broker to BlueJay Mining. | monts12

31/5/2018 08:21 | RNS lovely, 80% pure. Do the math! MM "What we did not expect, from both the 2017 field work and the resultant resource upgrade, was the discovery of Iterlak. This deposit appears to host mineralisation of a similar size to Moriusaq but with much higher grades; initial sampling in 2017 of the active beaches here showed extensive areas of up to 80% ilmenite in-situ. This is incredibly significant, given that with Moriusaq alone we have already proven Dundas to be the world's highest-grade ilmenite deposit; with Iterlak, we have the potential to surpass this record, and our own expectations, highlighting just how exceptional our Project is and the further upside opportunity. 30/5/2018 08:47 | This news release was market manipulation whose sole aim was to hit the price of a particular share. There should be an FCA department (gawd help us!) that automatically investigates these leaks and prosecutes the originators, without having to contact and waste the time of any company affected. Unfortunately, I can't see our beloved Regulator going for something small like this as it wouldn't be a nice little earner for them, but it wouldn't half be good to know who was behind it | citytilidie
30/5/2018 07:29 | Journalists, I suppose could be subject to the warning at the bottom of the page on this B.B., but It’s unlikely that they will trust the source again. I’m sure that some of the delay was probably people trying to establish exactly the course of events. In any case, our MD made a denialthat was posted on here and elsewhere and made certain with an RNS on the first business day. I’m sure that any changes that need be made will be. | rampair |
