montyni - I appreciate that but here we have an indicated spread of 1.7 to buy and 1.8 to sell. However I have just again tried dummy buys and sells and both are coming in at 1.8p which is weird.
Probably means news is on the way and we will hit 5p in no time at all ....yeah and pigs might fly.

The spread is sometimes much closer than you vs the indicated spread

Noticed this yesterday and it's the same today. Indicative sell price 1.7 but actual quotes 1.83. Very off putting when you see 1.7 to 2p especially if you are a looking to buy in as a new investor.

It looks a bit of a fix too as the stated price was 1.9p for all the 4 sells and when they were completed the bid is dropped to 1.7p!

It’s only 200,000 shares and the price is down almost 10%, probably one seller as they are 4 x 50k lots

Flippin ek. That's put a dent in the value of my portfolio. It's about time we got some positive news or is Aiden concentrating on the bigdish fiasco?

I for one had high hopes for September as the turning point considering all the previous ones weren't met. These things take time and we are seeing progress but not as quickly as the board led us to think.

I agree it’s taking considerable patience. I was hoping for earlier news, Southern Gold is also drifting the Australian partner.

This is becoming hard work. Hopefully they get Kochang by year end and the funding plan is revealed. This will drift until then.

Skyship - it's hard to keep track on what's what as don't have level 2 and the mm's never show true bid and offer here. So that was a hangover from Friday's spike then/
I did a dummy sell this morning and was offered just over 2p so thought the 1.9 mill might have been someone moving shares into a SIPP or such like.
Hopefully we can move on up from hereon.

digger - the last trade yesterday was 1.99m sold @ 2.05p; so those have to be absorbed.

If they do sort out funding and get gold production going these are not staying around 2p per share, 5-10p range should be quite possible

Hopefully, we can be confident that come this time next year, first gold will have been poured with production increasing. This , into what what should be a strong gold price environment as the world drowns in fiat debt.
