South Korea a great country, with western values, a gold mine with lots of proven GOLD a very low market cap and completely out of the mainstream. Now is the time to take a small holding as part of a GOLD strategy. I have 3 sensible Gold stocks and BMV as my possible 10 bagger right or wrong !! GLA

cb, yes, I take your point. But investors implicitly compare all companies when making investment decisions, and BMV & SAU have a great deal more in common than almost any other independent businesses. It doesn't help that they are listed on different exchanges. But the fact that the SAU share price is outperforming that of BMV probably does say something about comparative investor sentiment towards the two.

user2007 good points, I think it’s the market believing that progress will happen with finance and gold production that is limiting the share price from taking off

Overall Im optimistic?however I dont think that the share price will jump significantly (3+ or more) anytime soon.Getting an official permit is already priced in. Then we need to know the details about financing (a loan most likely)?and a plan to production with some dates.I think the market will need to see that at least 2 - 3 steps are executed in time before the share price can take off.Also we havent heard anything about the other permit.Im a holder?I wish the share price was 5p+ ...

I haven't done the calculations, but is BMV lagging SAU? You need to look at the comparative fully diluted share capitals of the two companies. I know BMV has quite a lot of outstanding warrants, etc.

I couldn’t agree more rakepat37 , we should be between 5-10p when positive news of production comes in. The other partner Southern Gold has risen recently and I can’t understand why Bmv is lagging

We have saved millions due to infrastructure in place and all working , we have good roads and electricity in and out of the mine... all we need to do is to mine the gold out ...

I suspect the 959k and 1.25mn have cleared an overhang. The poor response to the licence news may have been because of this l or alternatively news is afoot
