Third funding tranche related to construction at Kochang to be released week staring 15th March. Can you see both talks with SAU and progress at mines happening in parallel?

If you look at the presentation it states H1 2020, June obviously the long date on this but realistically this will happen a lot sooner

Quite often there are delays. The pandemic followed by Southern Gold’s decision to sell 50% have held things up. The latter of course could have been value enhancing, but it might take time. It’s quite lowly valued with respect to the prospect, I am a little above water. I am holding, but not adding as haven’t got any spare funds. A deadlock breaking announcement enabling Bmv to buy out Southern on reasonable terms probably sends us back to 5p+

Southern Gold intends to consider these proposals and to maintain an open dialogue with BMV to see whether an acceptable agreement may be reached, telling investors that it expects to complete the sale by the end of June.

price of gold droped today $18.1c settling @ $1.790c a ounce !

expectations for a further fall of 25/30%

so the bluebird will then have to allocate the private entity 20% discount

on the pog....+....2% nsr royalty to mr sims "landowner"....+ a possible

royalty in settlement to sau in lieu of any shortfall of a cash balance.

"not one ounce has been exhumed since bmv have been awarded a permit to mine !

The financing-not currently priced in......is the settlement & royalty for Mr Sims !

the year of the ox....the morale of the fable will become a reality if a third party

do a full autopsy.

If they've really got access to USD10m of financing then BMV will be fine. That's enough to give SAU a decent chunk of the purchase price of their 50% in cash and leave enough in the kitty to develop the mines to cashflow neutrality

However, if they haven't got access to this much financing then I can't see a deal being done with SAU. If they haven't got enough cash to develop the mines then any royalty etc they offer SAU is worthless. So SAU will want a good chunk of cash, some royalty to top up and proof that BMV has enough cash to develop the mine.

Otherwise I can see SAU selling their share to a 3rd party who will want to renegotiate the JV terms with BMV

mr cool losing coolant is sign of headgasket blowing !

you are a clown & not a funny one.

The funding is to bring the mines into production NOT to finance the acquisition

genuine ? mr cool how can you fund into production if the bluebird has not the

finance for the acguisition !

oh dear what a load of tosh,

the private entity,"South Korean project funding partners who recently provided a further tranche of funding and are stated to “remain committed to the non-dilutive funding process to bring about production in South Korea”.

Why did the bluebird not seal the deal if the above had status !
