09/11/2020 11:16 | Well the price to be set is expected to be low. Which does makes me worry a bit that something just doesn't quite add up to 100%. Andy mentioned this on post 2367 and I do have that worry too in all fairness. Why have SAU agreed to this? It seems they will get very little for their half. That's my niggling worry. I don't hold shared in SAU however so it's their concern not mine. But still a worry for me. Anyone who has better knowledge here please feel free to put me right and calm my nerves. :-) | bernieboy
09/11/2020 10:53 | Cool thanks for confirming. The only negative scenario I can see is the BMV not buying due to high price and SAU not able to find a buyer. This would cause a delay again.Hopefully the established price will be acceptable. | user2007
09/11/2020 10:37 | BMV have the put and the call. It's totally in their hands ! If they like the price they buy, if not then let SAU find a willing buyer ! Win win for BMV | cool runnings
09/11/2020 10:32 | Not 100% sure but I remember reading that BMV are first to accept the price. And if they don't like it it should be the JV partners responsibility to find a buyer.Clearly BMV should not be forced to buy the other half .... Now Southern Gold must accept the set price either from BMV or somebody else.Just my understsnding .... | user2007

09/11/2020 08:48 | Getting interesting now. Year high reached again....... | bernieboy
09/11/2020 08:47 | user 2007, Do BMV have a choice but to accept the price? Surely the arbitration is to set the price and both parties have agreed to abide by it? | andy
09/11/2020 08:23 | I thought we might move upwards quite soon with interest growing | cbeadle
08/11/2020 16:29 | I wonder whether we first get an RNS informing us about the outcome/price and then later on another RNS BMV formally accepting or rejecting the price. | user2007
08/11/2020 16:13 | Should definitely be news this week, next week at the latest if the board need time for decisions. BMV is coming to life | cbeadle
08/11/2020 15:30 | On the 12th October Bluebird announced that "an Independent Expert ("the Expert") has now been appointed and a value will be determined within the next 30 days". The 30 days expires this Wednesday. | dr know
08/11/2020 14:23 | I am long BMV in my 3 biggest holdings, but yes definitely take any research notes with a pinch of salt. The Auric network move also looks really interesting and innovative. | cbeadle
08/11/2020 13:22 | Unfortunately these research notes should be taken with a pinch of salt. | digger2779

08/11/2020 10:21 | rakpat, The last sentence in the disclaimer below in particularly pertinent. 08/11/2020 10:16 | rakepat, That's a commissioned report, have you ever seen a negative one? | andy

07/11/2020 15:57 | It’s an interesting read from alignresearch. BMV are in my three largest holdings, and I hope they are right! The report is a best case scenario though. Although the pathway to production looks smooth eg considerable infrastructure, supportive government etc, there are often unforeseen delays. We also have to see what finally happens with the purchase of Southern Gold’s business share. The gold and silver price will also be quite important going forward | cbeadle
07/11/2020 09:29 | euclid, Take it with a large pinch of salt, as glenn rightly states, it's commissioned reporting. Have you ever seen one that recommends a sell, or predicts a lower price? | andy
06/11/2020 22:56 | That report is from May when they expected to go ahead with the JV partner. Now acquiring the other 50% delays everything by min 6 to 9 months. The question how much will cost the other half. But if a non delutive financing is agranged and production starts in 2022 and then successfully increased in 2023 market should rerate the share price At that time they expect to produce around 15k oz pa.I don't expect to see 30p anytime soon. But I believe securing the other half with financing in place could improve the share price to 6+ maybe 7+. Then I expect a painful period of building facilities waiting for pilot production. If all milestones are hit on that journey and first gold will be poured then another rerate should happened. But I think 30p is at least 4-5 years away - obviously depending on PoG going forward. Maybe I don't sound too optimistic but I would be happy to get to 30p in 4-5 years. All just my views. Ive been wrong many times :)Have a great weekend. | user2007
06/11/2020 22:15 | Seen these paid for predictions before. Rarely correct. | glennborthwick
06/11/2020 20:58 | what are peoples view on Align Research's BN and share price target of 34p, without SAu's 50% holding? hxxp://www.alignrese | euclid5 |
