Monies received and mines being opened ahead of mining and production. Arbitration process on going where it's a win win for BMV. Once SAU are out the way then BMV can crack on....They acquire at a good price or if the price is deemed too high let SAU sell to a partner , BMV retain the operator ! It's win win win

the outcome of the arbritation either way will retain the bluebird present stance with

permits and finance in place. What is stopping the bluebird to advance and utilise the assets

to buy or to say settle the difference and retain the full 100% of the jv.

Southern Gold had told Bluebird that it had elected to go to the Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators Australia (IAMA) in order for an independent expert to be appointed. more.

the funding is ficton until the outcome of the mediators !

I still don't understand why SAU are letting this go when production was seemingly so close, and thy could have funded their other projects with it.


I know they had considered a london listing for SAU or just for these projects as a spin out, so cannot understand why they have chosen this route personally.

It will be interesting to see the award amount.
