$SAU closed at 8.7c yesterday which means an Enterprise Value of US$6.6m while we conclude a sale of our JV interests worth nearly US$10m. Investors get a free exploration option at these share prices

So the 3rd tranche is expected 15th March and will be used for construction. To my mind this implies that they are confident that a deal will be reached with SAU soon or perhaps before 15th?. They wouldn't be spending money on construction otherwise. Just my thoughts on the matter and not advice.

So it looks like a deal will be done. This issue is whether the deal will be with BMV or with a third party who will then seek to renegotiate the JV with BMV. It'll all depend on how much cash BMV can both put on the table and show that they have for mine development from Auric.

If SAU can get enough of the USD10m consideration in cash and be convinced that Auric can finance the mine to cashflow neutral (so the streaming element of the consideration will be worth something), they will do a deal with BMV. If they can't, they won't

the simple question that the bluebird investors can-not answer is

What was the first two trances of equity investments used for ?

ok give the clone credit the twitter publicity is recent & promoted

by bmv director, Untill a regatory news statement confirms the conclusion

of the southerngold...bluebird...joint venture then the ramping virus will

mutate....there is a simple cure a " baseball-bat !
