I have been very impressed with BMV. They have worked quietly staying out of the limelight, yet they have a plan they kept to, trying to get the most favourable financial terms to complete.

Massive RNS. Korean funding has started and no dilution. Fantastic news.

i very much doubt that bluebird has a private entity to finance the t/o

of the joint venture !

read it...fact or fiction...horror or romance ?

Good analysis Cool R's - even on 50% of the 440k oz = £346m net to BMV - taking 10% only as early stage (even though $20m was spent on this mine) £34m - as you mention worth nearly 10p per share

That's a pleasant surprise . 440k oz at $2k is $880m! Let's take a guess on 10% recovery so $88m of extra value , on the 50/50 JV that's $44m , say 10p a share in additional value on a JORC reserve ! That's being very conservative too

One perhaps obvious point is that 100% one party ownership is a much preferable state of affairs to a 50/50 JV as future decision making will be so much simpler and speedier, to the benefit of all shareholders.

Just to add, all the sniping etc. means diddly squat. The only thing that matters is how a collection of buyers and sellers ( known as the market) perceives current and future value. The market clearly likes the story and buyers are taking the price higher. Why not , in the most compelling ever gold bull market in history!

The acquisition of SAU’s 50% and financing into production will see this at multiples of current value by 2022-23 , regardless of what the current naysayers spout.

highly geared
