this clown posted.

Well I'm surprised at this, given the independent expert has to use the lack of JORC as one of his valuation metrics.

How can you valuate the assets without a JORC ?

bluebird have had the jv from 2016 and has not produced a JORC ask yourself why ?

has southern gold pull`d bluebirds chain to produce a true valuation !

will the arbritator ask for a JORC to be produced ?"bmv have soil samples from

the overlooked gold between the rail tracks so mimimal delay !

on the brightside the arbritation/delay has shelterd bmv from the s/korean

2nd wave of the pandemic plus the enviromental factors of the present & forthcoming

winter...on a realistic side bluebird has no assets until ?

Look at the history of southern gold's ceo. Wouldnt be the first time he has shot them in the foot and the endless dilution is a huge worry for their shareholders.

SAU look to be shooting themselves in the foot, and that's not normal for an Aussie mining company, they're normally a tough bunch.

I still can't understand why they don't either spin out the half and list it in London, where they would get a comparable value for it, or simply list themselves in London and get value that way.

SAU are already well funded now, so hopefully the agreement is tightly defined so that they do not have the option to procrastinate on the appointment of an independent expert.

digger,

So you're using a phrase you yourself don't understand?

Wow, what an admission....

I don't wish or need to get into the ins and out of phraseology having seen the term used elsewhere and never gave it a second thought. However, there is someone on here I believe not to be genuine and you probably know who I mean.

digger,

The phrase "genuine holders" has always amused me, because how does one define a non genuine holder?

You clearly can't, despite using the phrase, which begs the question why you would describe some holders as "genuine"?

cool,

You've just highlighted one of the problems, no JORC.

I've always felt that hindered fund raising, and still do.

What I can't understand is how they have the market cap they do, yet people expect SAU to roll over and give their half of the asset away cheaply when BMV's half is valued currently at £14 million by the London market.

I still think SAU should spin out their half and list it here as it would have to be valued accordingly.

There isn't a JORC you clown! Hence the value will be a lot lower than you're waffling about . Stop being a mug

rakepat37,

How do you think BMV are going to fund buying out SAU out of interest?

Ignor the above post "lockdown madness"

southern gold percentage of the joint venture will be settled on the

gold reserves "jorc" plus the city forcasts of the pog breaching $3000

a troy ounce in the near term future so no doubt that sau will take that

into consideration and take a royalty payment on the gold production to

eclipse the price of gold at that present time,so therefore a surge in the

price of gold to be shadowed by dillution/placings to keep the lights on.

best case senario for a joint venture for both prty`s to put the forsale boards

up !

It will be quite interesting to see how the 50-50 Southern Gold Venture works. Southern don’t seem to have had many problems at all in raising more equity, and Metal Tiger were able to keep their share of the company intact. I can’t help feeling that they have neglected their small private investors ( I have some, much more in BMV though). Also with hedge funds on board, it’s quite clear they won’t be giving their stake away- possibly they might sell their 50% stake at something of a knockdown price but with a favourable royalty deal. This would encourage BMV to scale up gold and silver production which should benefit us. Let’s see what happens!
