Have you contacted the BoD's to ask them why they have not complete the Jorc - maybe worth asking to see what reply they give - but it's a very good technical question

my clients think i am their enemy,when in fact imn on their side from me serving

a prohibitation notice that will cost them dearly.

i have new investors interests to erradicate the ramping virus & highlight the

facts.

highly gear my shift work is thursday..sunday and a soletrader so what i do

working from my home is of no concern to you thankyou.

on a personell note i do not think that bluebird can book a drill and produce

the results from the laboratory within the allocted timeframe "laboratory results

usually a 3 mnth timeframe "

if the latter is correct & please correct me if imn wrong ! on the strength of

being correct,the logistics of my mind tells me the arbritator cannot give a

valude balanced jugdement ! until a JORC is produced !

will the outcome go to the courts of appeal ? if so can bluebird afford the

legal costs !

reminder southern gold have boots on the ground in s/korea and the drill is

spinning with a host of wealthy investors with connections to clip bluebirds wings.

I’ve re-set timelines to an agreement to buy out SAU’s half by year end and first production Q4 2021.

Whilst this is c. 18 months behind what was originally envisaged, a debt funded 100% ownership of the assets and with gold likely to be $2250 or higher on starting production; this suits me just fine.
