It hasn’t been released by the company yet, however I’m guessing align have been put in the loop.

---

So it would appear, so are Align now officially informing the market of material information rather by RNS?

“Recently, Bluebird gained a binding agreement for a US$5-20 vm gold streaming style deal to fund reopening its gold mines.”

What do Align know that BMV have not released to the market do you mean?

If it was, do you know when because I don't recall seeing it?

eucid5 imn working for the investors.

bo doodak nice stretch of the imagination ! $5m>>>>>>>>>>>>>>.$20m

the big question how can they confirm the numbers quoted ?

the auditors have not produced offical figures as yet ?

plus the forcasts and the price of gold to be priced in the valuation

sorry to say but i think your Spirit bubble is offset.

as the price of gold rises the value of the assets gets pricer

Given that southern gold dont want to fund any further I wonder if Bluebird will just offer them a royalty or pay from the mines producing. It is a bit rich for them to expect money now and they dont want to pay to get the mine producing.

Interesting details in the note about the specific nature of the proposed $5M-$20M funding deal, but that it could be up to a higher limit of $20M.
All that matters for now is whether BMV can limit dilution to purchase the SAU 50%.

DreamT, wonder if you are working for a competitor, or even SAU - based on your constant negativity posts ( nothing wrong with that) as it's good to challenge other investors - or look at things from different angles.

Do you have anything even the slightest positive to mention, even after any warrant dilution or possible fund raise to buy up SAU's 50% wi.

I guess there 2 gold assets don't have any real value or NPV values and its just another dead duck small cap listed company that will go to the wall - backed by dodgy BoD's that keep raising & taking high salaries & gets pumped & dumped regularly?

Wellcome your reply

Or the 4m is earmarked for exploration or what is left of it

---

That just doesn't make sense when Southern Gold already had the funds in the bank, and upon commencement of production, would have received more than those funds back, and made a profit on an ongoing basis, with which to fund their exploration projects.

So looks like A$4m has already been spent on exploration. Makes sense then.

Really?

I suggest you check their public filings before you make such statements.

Andy, you’re missing the point . He said they were funded as they do have cash available . However they didn’t want to spend the money on developing the mine to production.

---

That doesn't make sense, as the money required to achieve production would be returned very quickly, and then he'd have an ongoing income stream to fund further exploration.

I think the disagreement is more than that personally, unless SAU think they can realise a quick win given the market value of BMV in London, as Bluebird can hardly low ball offer them a fraction of the value the market is currently giving to their own shares.

I think SAU should have joint listed in London a while ago, and would have achieved greater recognition for their assets and exploration potential. I still think they should spin out their 50% into a newco and list it here, where the market would give it the same value as BMV.

It would be madness in the extreme to short change themselves by giving their 50% to BMV for less than its value, and I doubt they will want BMV paper either, as that won't fund an exploration campaign.
