Enter - you should know better than to even have negative thoughts on here lol. Yep they have been dragging their feet but i suppose if you are trying to arrange non dilutive funding it has to be a bit more complex. Like you, I agree it would be better to crack on and just do a bog standard placing so the shovels can hit the ground.
I didn't mark you down btw as only blue posters can do that.
See the share price has taken a hit even though there appears to be more buys than sells? Maybe something brewing?

It's funny how my post got a thumbs down. I guess you're not allowed to point out that there are very few trades and hardly any posts about BMV.

The thing about BMV is that the shares shot up to 4p but the financing is really dragging. Why didn't they just do a placing like every other company seems to be doing and get on with it? Yes it would have meant dilution but at least things could have moved forward.

Also what happened to the grant funding from Kores? They were due to get a grant last summer but now it isn't even mentioned.

Investors, as you well know I hope, are simply waiting for debt financing to be finalised..

It is eerily quiet here at the moment. I thought gold stocks were the place to be. The market doesn't seem too interested in BMV for some reason.

Cheers philby. I have averaged down there quite a few times but always seems 1 step forward and 2 back.
If it does multi bag I will take the money and run.
Good luck all here and over there!

Genuinely sorry to hear that Digger but I believe Kefi will multi bag. Good luck and I hope you're still invested.

philby1 - it needs to go into outer space for me to recover my losses there! Dilution after dilution followed by a 17 for 1 consolidation followed by further dilution to get to 2 billion shares in issue. I think I paid the equivalent of 56p for some of my shares in that dog.
People here moan about dilution. Peanuts compared to Harry the master of confetti!!!
Come on Aiden stop piddling about over at bigdish and lets get this moneymaker on the road.

Koreans traditional ppalli-ppalli (빨리8744;리) mentality (meaning “hurry, hurry”) which focuses on getting things done as quick as possible seems to be mixed nowadays with reflection and planning.

Get a move on chaps!

Based on the recent update, if the finance went through , they anticipated “money in the bank” by July 31st.

The sign off of the deal will presumably occur several days prior , so if everything is on course, we’ll know in the next 14 days or so.

Skyship,

Agreed, maybe people have ringing them all the time so they put it out to calm some nerves?

Otherwise I don't see the point of it to be honest, if the Koreans are procrastinating, that RNS won't make any difference, IMO.

Today's RNS really little more than a holding statement. Should happen by end July; but there again, may not!

If not, there may be alternatives available to get things started.

Maybe as it is debt funding as harder to get I would hazard a guess. Anyway we shall know end of July one way or the other as to how we will get gold
