26/6/2020 13:45 | Why has everyone moved onto this thread? Just curious. | digger2779
26/6/2020 13:36 | annie, Bo is correct, if the amount of money is so trivial, why the endless delays? Their JV partner is sitting waiting with their share of the funds, I would imagine they are getting frustrated now too. | andy
26/6/2020 13:06 | Yes, but it should be concerning that it taking them so long to raise what can only be described in terms of mine development, as ''sweetie money'' | bo doodak
26/6/2020 11:35 | The good thing is BMV doesnt need much to get to production. From what i read is 2.2m and they only need half of it. | annie1982
26/6/2020 11:32 | They obviously have other plans to fall back on if preferred funding option not forthcoming. May not be as favourable but they need the money from somewhere. Honestly don't see a problem as long as dilution if it happens isn't too punitive. You need to have a look at KEFI who have world class assets and shareholders have been diluted to kingdom come and still no sign of funding. Suffered a 17 to 1 consolidation a couple of years ago and issued confetti ever since. Last raise there was for half a billion shares at a discount to capitalist vultures! | digger2779
26/6/2020 11:18 | I dont read it that way. Maybe it is a response to people asking if there is a plan B, plan C etc which would be sensible. I read it as stay patient it is going to happen | annie1982
26/6/2020 11:11 | There’s very little volume here, a good sign the share price is stable around 4p, very few sellers, or even indeed buyers | ih_140496
26/6/2020 10:56 | ''The Company is not solely reliant upon the successful outcome of this funding as additional offers of funding have been received that is sufficient to bring about the first stage of gold production in South Korea.'' It could also indicate confidence in receiving funding from the initial source has diminished.... which is why we are now being told at this stage about other inferior rated offers. More delays could lie ahead. | bo doodak
26/6/2020 09:45 | I read the RNS as a not so subtle hint to whoever is doing the funding to pony up or they will go somewhere else. | bittorrent
26/6/2020 09:27 | Clearly they are not as attractive as the current "offer", otherwise they would have switched to the better alternative. That's an assumption - a reasonable assumption IMO but just an assumption. You don't know unless you are privy to the details. IMO it is useful new info about expressions of funding interest; and sensible to reassert the caveats. | outlawinvestor
26/6/2020 09:12 | rakepat, That would depend upon what the other "offers of funding" entailed, surely? Clearly they are not as attractive as the current "offer", otherwise they would have switched to the better alternative. | andy
26/6/2020 09:07 | Greats news today that funding can be done with other sources and not reliant on one company ... gold prices rising fast | rakepat37
26/6/2020 08:21 | double dutch statement in reflection to funding ? Amist the confussion the dilution is proceeding 6,106,843 common shares ("Common Shares") of no par value in the capital of the company. The proceeds for the Company in relation to the warrant exercise is £141,847. 3ps....2.5ps.....2ps exerciserable the funding option of the korean entity is a return on the gold pour. the alternative funding may be a host of other options soon to be revealed within the end of year results. "For personal reference" shareprice trending:4.05ps..... | dreamtwister
26/6/2020 07:29 | This is a very confident statement: "The Company remains confident of a successful outcome with regards to the funding being received by the end of July as previously announced on 26 May 2020. The Company is not solely reliant upon the successful outcome of this funding as additional offers of funding have been received that is sufficient to bring about the first stage of gold production in South Korea. However, the Company's preferred funding path is the South Korean funding." | guru
26/6/2020 07:17 | Looks reasonable news | glennborthwick
25/6/2020 11:20 | Well if they can't raise money without dilution then they will have to do it the old fashioned way and do a placing. Should imagine raising 5 million without dilution is very difficult in these uncertain times. Just get it done and start producing. | digger2779
24/6/2020 23:12 | euclid, What we need is for BMV to confirm they have completed the financing. | andy
24/6/2020 21:16 | Usually in 99% of warrants converted, the BoD's usually sell the new shares straight away in the market - so you are very lucky these Directors are not here for a lifestyle business fleecing small s/holders like us. - like Bod's - count yourselves very lucky - otherwise you will have 6m new shares overhanging in the market being sold off | euclid5
22/6/2020 16:08 | Well, with gold at $1750 and trying to push through resistance onto all time highs, it the projects can’t get financed now, then they never will! Time to get the finance done or put us all out of our misery. Based on previous announcement, c. 5 weeks max for cash in the bank.. | highly geared
22/6/2020 15:46 | Perhaps reading prospectus from june last year might answer all the questions re warrants | slicethepie |
