18/6/2020 08:37 | RNS, so the BOD have paid out £142k of their own money to exercise warrants with a declaration that they will hold the shares. Says to me that finance is in the bag and they intend to become wealthy as shareholders and directors of the business :-) | highly geared

15/6/2020 07:38 | Brilliant glad to be proved wrong, edit: Bluebird has opened up three kilometres of original development, taken over 400 samples and has confirmed process viability by carrying out initial metallurgical test work. So pending results from the 400 soil samples bluebird will confirm to the market the assays."please forward the link of the results or the date of the Rns ! soil samples will give parts per-million-drilling will give grams per-ton. one would think until the mine is made safe "h/s" at this stage drilling will not be viable. plus drilling is a costly afair & until the funding is secured before the drilling Commences. | dreamtwister
15/6/2020 07:30 | From what I read there has been historical drilling and plenty of sampling and assays that they have done. | annie1982

09/6/2020 10:21 | yes the low volume is taking its toll on clearing the overhang. | dreamtwister
09/6/2020 08:44 | The volume is minuscule but I am hoping it’s a good sign that the price recently has held the gains. Good there’s little selling and hopefully the prospects of further funding towards gold production should restart the upward progress | cbeadle

07/6/2020 21:23 | Andy this is the unique opportunity Southern Gold is. The projects are priced currently as a negative because the belief is the extra projects will just consume cash without generating any return. Hopefully that is not the case | cbeadle
07/6/2020 21:13 | Apparently some blogger on a site called shareprofits has written about bmv. | slicethepie
07/6/2020 20:30 | Devonlad3 Jun '20 - 11:17 - 1927 of 1939 0 0 0 Andy, is this Southern Gold's only project, do they have any other project that requires further funding and therefore dilution? ------- Why do you ask a question you clearly already know the answer to? Yes, they have got around 8 more projects if memory serves me correctly, and I believe they are drilling three of them now, whilst waiting for BMV to raise finance. This is the ONLY mining related thread I have ever read where to have more projects is a negative! Everywhere else, a company having more then one project is seen as a benefit, not a liability......... | andy
07/6/2020 19:14 | With the start of mining not due until 2021, The private entity have plenty of time to fulfill their commitment. thou bmv will need working capital. Successful Placing of 19,400,000 Shares, march 2019. 26 March 2020, the Company announces that the 5,000,000 shares previously issued will be admitted to trading on or around 22 April 2020 | dreamtwister
07/6/2020 12:33 | I would imagine there would be some sort of royalty deal, or maybe some warrants based on BMV share price. They have been good so far in minimising dilution unlike some mining development companies which dilute for fun | cbeadle
07/6/2020 12:20 | Just read the LSE post which alludes that KORES may have under estimated the potential. I just wish the guys would get this funding sorted so they can kick start the project. Would imagine that the funding will include some sort of royalty payment to the provider and agreeing on this could be a stumbling block? Just hope they are negotiating with a reputable company and read the small print! A cautionary tale.... I was invested in CMR 10 years ago and they had started mining in Columbia which was financed with a loan from some shysters called Bluecrest. Took ages to get the loan but for some reason the company directors and advisors either failed to pick up on a late payment penalty clause or let it remain. In order to make payment they were relying on selling the gold once it was poured. Anyhow there was a delay and CMR defaulted on a payment for a few days and the penalty was to hand over the mine to the financiers. Couldn't believe it but that's what happened!! That's AIM for you and the BOD weren't sued or taken to task leaving investors high and dry. | digger2779 |
