11/9/2005 18:05 | I am sure they will grow rapidly going by the pedigree of Mr Steve Clarke the Chief Executive. Creative Catering Ltd Property Jungle He was influential as a member of the senior management team at 365 Corporation, which then became Rivals Digital Media. He was responsible for creating a number of new sales streams focussed on sports content. He also built up a very successful mobile division within the business. Leo | leopold555
11/9/2005 14:54 | I am impressed that such large companies are prepared to trust a £4m company with providing such a diverse range of services. It gives me the confidence to believe that they have the ability to rapidly expand in the fast growing mobile content market. However I would be surprised if they make a profit in the first year on AIM. Graham | harryharris
11/9/2005 13:33 | I agree harryharis seymourpierce state the allocation of shares and stipulate that the directors cannot dispose of shares within the fisrt anniversary of the company launch. Leo | leopold555
11/9/2005 12:49 | I await the results with interest. It is difficult to determine if the shares are a buy based on current info. There have been plenty of decent looking contract wins but how much revenue and profit are they generating? Results will tell all. | wilmot
11/9/2005 12:11 | Black-bird, I think that if you check, that Directors and others associated with the company own most of the shares and only a very small % was made available to the public. Due to only a small number of shares with PI's there is not much BB interest and hence the share price does not appear to reflect the apparent progress. I am continuing to aquire prior to results. 03/9/2005 11:09 | The trend is flat, however, there's signs that an upward price channel is being formed. It really needs to close above 18p to confirm that though. The upward momentum has been gently rising for a few months now, it needs some volume to increase the liquidity and strength. Britishbulls are right to remain cautious. | tiraider
03/9/2005 10:53 | Buy if on Britishbulls | leopold555

03/9/2005 09:30 | But they all start somewhere Wilmot don't they? This is a new float and it will need time to get established but the prospects look good to me. Look at Mostermob for example Quote Monstermob buys China's ATOP Century for around 100 mln usd UPDATE (Adding more details on transaction, background on Chinese mobile market) LONDON (AFX) - UK mobile phone content developer MonsterMob Group PLC has agreed to buy China's ATOP Century Ltd for around 100 mln usd in cash and shares, in order to gain a presence in the country's booming cellphone market. MonsterMob said the acquisition would give the company its first foothold in Chinese mobile entertainment content at a time of unprecedented growth in the market. "The ATOP transaction marks our largest acquisition to date and is a great entry point into the rapidly growing Chinese mobile content market," said chairman Hans Snook in a statement. "ATOP has carved out a strong position in this market and is set for substantial growth." China already has 345 mln cellphone users, but with penetration rates at just 25 pct, the number of mobile subscribers is expected to jump to 570 mln by 2008, said Monstermob. ATOP, which was set up two years ago, saw its subscriber base almost doubled to 1.25 mln in the first six months of 2005. Chief executive and founder Yongqiang Qian, a 34-year-old graduate of US university Yale, has agreed to stay on after the takeover. The British group, which recently tapped shareholders for 20 mln stg, said it would pay ATOP's owners 30 mln usd in cash and 12 mln usd in new shares when the deal completes in four weeks' time. Further performance-related payments will be due, with the final outlay totalling some 10 times ATOP's audited earnings before interest taxation depreciation and amortisation for 2005. Based on the rapidly expanding group's current growth rates, that should be somewhere in the region of 100 mln usd, netting Qian some 45 mln usd for his stake. Unquote That tells you about the chinese market for mobile phone games and gimmicks. Now why call a footballer "Mr Woo"? Leo | leopold555
02/9/2005 20:32 | The company needs to do more to promote itself in the city. The share is currently not well known. Volumes are pitiful! | wilmot
02/9/2005 15:21 | What a great opportunity this is. I can't believe I have missed this until now. | leopold555 |
