02/4/2005 13:42 | Hi Pete, Tough one that; I still expect to see a discount to current market price of aorund 20--25%, as my experience tells me that in microcaps thats what the institutions will demand, all of course assuming that they go ahead and do so...and of course that DAG see opportunity in taking the funds..what others haven't properly considered yet is why do they want them? IN other words, I do NOT believe they want them simply to add cash to their bank account to feel secure...I have a very strong hunch that they are looking at one or two opportunities closer to home.. as always time will tell.. regards T.. Apologies for the off-topic to the rest of you! | tradx666
02/4/2005 13:36 | Tradx, keep watching, I think you'l be impressed...... Whats are your thoughts on DAG, ie. what kinda placing price do you reckon ? | peterstilgoe
02/4/2005 13:33 | pete, Sorry to disagree with you on this one. They are nothing more than a 'new media' design agency, and as such the economics of traditional design agencies will apply, already some other companies in this type of area are seeing margin pressure, frankly I see very little (if any) uniqueness about them at this stage..if, as you say a couple of smart revenue enhancing deals are on the cards then I'm willing to be proved wrong, but all in all it looks to that they still have much to prove and have been rushed to market... I expect no sudden increase in the share price unless these deals you allude to really do break the mold, at the moment I would say they look pretty fully valued. I'll keep watching though..! regards T.. | tradx666
