06/7/2021 10:51 | 100 million for cloud? should have been outsourced to India for 1 million. end of story. end of shareholders. guys dont care. these are not capitalists. obviously. complaining about Jews and USA listing all the time. | danschmeidler
06/7/2021 10:33 | Might be a tad early and should maybe wait for chart confirmation but this price is too appealing long term so I have dipped my toe back in GLA tdh | the dark horse
06/7/2021 09:49 | Blue Prism Cloud growing at 65% from 10 million. before that it was 3 million. then there was the 100 million purchase price. wow. just total failure in strategy. incompetence and lack of visionary. complaining about jews and USA listings. how delusional sounding they are. | danschmeidler

01/7/2021 19:27 | Interesting read | m w
01/7/2021 15:11 | If the £100m net cash is backed out, this is trading at ~£670m, for a company with £160m ARR, 98% gross revenue retention, 80%+ gross margin, 35% growth in bookings, in an industry forecast to grow at 30% p.a. Now admittedly it can still go to zero, but surely this has more upside than downside potential? Even if this never grows again, the company could cut most of their sales costs and return tens of millions in profit immediately. This seems a risky short to me. | ipsissimosity
01/7/2021 12:06 | You just don't get it do you ? | 12toes
01/7/2021 11:25 | Wow, you must be a genius and very rich now. This is going to hover around support at 800 until something significant is announced. PRSM remains speculative and there are clearly risks but the upside and potential remain strong. Time will tell, but shorting at these prices is a far bigger risk than investing at 800 and holding for 6 months - a year. | justing550
01/7/2021 09:46 | My short from 823 is looking tasty. Holding until 700 and lower | 12toes
30/6/2021 20:12 | Hopper, best read the interims, finals and trading updates to form an opinion if anything has changed.Hint - look at the ARR | hatfullofsky
30/6/2021 14:18 | Retail shorting is a 'Mugs Game' but no prizes for guessing why you do it! | rebel_ban
30/6/2021 13:24 | My short is looking very lucrative BWAHAHAHA | 12toes
29/6/2021 15:15 | I've quite a few PRSM with average price around £15 each. I found this article from last year - has very much changed? ..... | hopperagain
28/6/2021 20:40 | Oops, I based it on the percentage of their existing holdings not on the overall number of shares in circulation but fair point buddy! | rebel_ban
28/6/2021 20:06 | Oh dear. I'll make it really simple but they are big numbers so please take your socks off. There are 95,546,698 shares in issue. on 11/6 BAML held 2,883,014 shares which was 3.019% on 23/06 BAML held 7,775,521 shares which was 8.138% That is an increase of 4,892,507 shares Around the same time JPM reduced their short by 0.32% Remember, there are 95,546,698 shares in issue (please try to keep up) 95,546,698 x 0.32% = 305,759 So BAML added 4,892,507 shares and JPM reduced their short by 305,759 shares Final chance, which one do you think moved the dial. | hatfullofsky
28/6/2021 19:29 | A simple example for you buddy so hopefully you won't need those financial books!...If BAML hold 3 million shares and they increases there holding by 5%, that equates to an additional 150,000 shares, however, if JPM reduce their short by 0.32% on the total number of shares outstanding which equates to around 300,000 shares...Which do you think would have the greater impact on the SP? ...Its good to comment but only when you thoroughly understand what you're talking about my dear friend...But hopefully we got there in the end with your supposed proficiency in basic numeracy hey! | rebel_ban
28/6/2021 19:13 | Are you mad, no sorry you are clearly mad. "the institutional shorts relate to the total number of shares in circulation whereas an institution increasing their percentage holding is relative to their existing holding" We are talking TR-1 forms that show the absolute holding. BAML went from 8.21% to 9.001%, they are absolute numbers not as you say .. "a percentage holding is relative to their existing holding" BAML now hold 9.001% of the company where they used to hold 8.21% Nowhere is it reported on the TR-1 that BAML increased their holding by 9.634% (which is the % increase from 8.21% to 9.001% for those that failed basic numeracy) Please read a few financial books before replying, it's been such a long time since I've done such basic level teaching and have much better things to do. | hatfullofsky
28/6/2021 18:46 | I'll iterate again buddy, the institutional shorts relate to the total number of shares in circulation whereas an institution increasing their percentage holding is relative to their existing holding...What is so difficult to understand here and bizarre why one would believe the increased holding would have greater influence over the share price .. By the way, would it be safe to leaves the masses with your nonsensical commentary! | rebel_ban
28/6/2021 18:27 | Again, decreasing < (less than, for those that failed math) 1.5% institutional shorts is of no significance. BAML increasing to 9% is.That was the start of the discussion and should be the end of it. Thank you for your time, you can leave now. | hatfullofsky
28/6/2021 17:09 | I'm not commenting in swahili buddy so I'm not sure what you're struggling to understand here or even why we are considering an organisations various trading entities...Its an example for you to recognise how impacting to the share price those institutional shorts are buddy! | rebel_ban
28/6/2021 17:00 | bit of a sell off today, does point to a r8se tomorrow | scepticalinvestor |
