BP is making like easier to every industry.
"Supporting this connected-RPA vision, Blue Prism is also announcing new and enhanced platform features, capabilities, extensions and community enhancements — all designed to deliver intelligent automation with just a few clicks". A no brain investment and exposure.

IMO its strong exposure to the US will lead to a takeover. I am thinking about IBM after beating estimates.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"IBM's largest business segment, Technology Services and Cloud Platforms, posted $8.9 billion in revenue. Analysts polled by FactSet were expecting $9.04 billion in revenue from the segment.

The next-largest business segment, Cognitive Solutions, did $5.5 billion in revenue. That exceeded the FactSet consensus estimate, which was $5.27 billion."

Be interesting to see the holdings announcements tomorrow; especially any new large institutions or additions from Goldman or CS.

2350220 - When shares are in demand the share price goes up. Institutions probably know what's the impact of this company on the industry.

Have to say, for my part, I've only had this situation happen once before, where the company announces a placing and the share price rallies.
Very unusual, but certainly ain't complaining though!

"...reduces the time to prepare for an RPA deployment from weeks to hours" - It says it all in terms of efficiencies.

Niggle - BP has shown that the growth in this sector is taking off. The reasons is that in order to be competitive (especially in manufacturing) and also to survive economic downturns, every company must be efficient. This is why PB expertise is sought and demonstrated by the increase in new customers. To my understanding PB will prosper in a recession (companies seeking efficiencies) and in growing economies (companies wanting to accelerate growth to meet growing demand). PB is therefore a "growing defensive" company.

My valuation of this company is between 0 and £1bn lol

What do I know.

It all depends on whether they can make money out of this.

Turning over 55m and spending 81m is not making money. So it will ajways be volatile until it turns profitable. Many shocks to come.

the trades around it at 8:05 suggest a sell but you never can tell with large trades

Well they’re raising 100m with no rights issue so the dilution will be 15%

Niggle - Are 7 to 8 million issued shares going to "dilute" a company growing more than 100% ? They will only have a total of 73 -74 millions shares for their capitalisation. I doubt it. In fact I added when the share price went down.
