24/1/2019 08:33 | Placing as expected - wow! £100m and probably at a price lower than the £12 last year. Although who knows what the price will be!? One thing stuck out. Turnover £55.2 Expenses £81m Not sure where the operating cash flow came from. I need to read more of it. "The price at which the Placing Shares are to be placed (the "Placing Price") will be determined at the close of the Bookbuilding Process. The book will open with immediate effect following this Announcement (as defined below). The timing of the closing of the book, pricing and allocations are at the absolute discretion of Investec and the Company. Details of the Placing Price and the number of Placing Shares to be issued will be announced as soon as practicable after the close of the Bookbuilding Process." You and I don't get a look in - we just have our shares diluted - like it or not. | niggle
24/1/2019 08:10 | Monet, if one was cynical you would say the director sales needed to be well out of the way first... | nimbo1
24/1/2019 08:02 | Open down -3% was expecting a lower open given rises in loses. Good luck to all holders. I'm invested. | njones01
24/1/2019 08:00 | Why didn't they do a placing in September or October when the share price was £20-£25. | monet
24/1/2019 07:57 | Mmmmm yes, depends on what they get it away for doesn't it? | bulltradept
24/1/2019 07:57 | I see no negative news in the report - all signs are positive growth of customers and reoccuring revenues all steady. Should be a good day hopefully if the market doesnt behave like it did yesterday. | tbax
24/1/2019 07:54 | bulltradept - Price will be dictated by the market. Probably snapped up already. | fuji99
24/1/2019 07:53 | Institutions backing and wanting a slice of the company cake and PB probably wanting to expand - taking over for example a small gem to complement its technology... I am very patient to wait till the share price hits £50 at this rate of growth. | fuji99
24/1/2019 07:49 | Stellar results showing upgrades all the time. Only 7 - 8 million shares to be issued to support huge expansion. These will be snapped up in just a few hours. I am now looking at a company that will grow exponentially. The growth could reach stratospheric levels. My dream is a share split as did ARM Holdings (5 times) and Sage in the past. At this growth rate and their strong presence in the US and Asia, the share price could could go far beyond £50 in just a few years. ARM grew 20.000% since its flotation as did Sage and Autonomy. Is it the turn of BP, another real gem ? I guess so. This is the type of company that grows regardless of the state of economies as it supports efficiencies and fast execution. So it is sought in hard times to make savings and lush times to accelerate growth. | fuji99
24/1/2019 07:47 | And yet no mention of the price? Any ideas please? | bulltradept
24/1/2019 07:38 | Go big or go home - £100m will truly capitalise on their potential. AA & UIP will now be very worried. | windsor430
24/1/2019 07:38 | everything is going up...investment, customers, revenue, losses, placing size...will the share price buck the trend.... | global nomad
24/1/2019 07:37 | And I bet they've got backing for it. You don't release that type of news to the market without the necessary confidence that the company is able to complete such a transaction. To do otherwise would be amateurish and unprofessional. And It wouldn't surprise me if they have an acquisition or two up their sleeves. They've certainly got something in the pipeline that's for sure. Such a level of fundraising does suggest corporate level of activity rather than dilution to pay the electricity bill and keep the staff in teabags and sugar | mirabeau
24/1/2019 07:30 | Dilution, always nice! | bulltradept
24/1/2019 07:29 | That's one hell of a placing | mirabeau
23/1/2019 18:05 | Yes loads of buying. Better chuckle tomorrow. | fuji99
23/1/2019 17:24 | “Loads of buy a going” Chuckle | fcuky
23/1/2019 17:19 | This is maybe why loads of buys are going through after hours. | fuji99
23/1/2019 16:44 | Suspect results will have to be stellar to move price sharply higher in this market. RM | rampmeister
23/1/2019 16:12 | IMO all bad news is already factored in the share price since the Trading Update. So any positive, any hint of good progress for 2019 will take it sharply north. | fuji99
23/1/2019 16:04 | Do you mean £2 tomorrow ? You may have used the wrong unit. | fuji99
23/1/2019 15:54 | Can BP holds its 2p gain today? | fcuky
23/1/2019 14:15 | Long timers can wait for this company to go bankrupt No problem with that | fcuky
23/1/2019 12:28 | Amazon also invested a lot in the business ... "This commercial progress means that the Board expect to report revenue for the year ended 31 October 2018 slightly ahead of expectations." This was released almost 2 months ago. It also could mean they will pleasantly surprise even more for Q1 (2019) onwards as higher activity was flagged up in Q4 (2018)... Knowing how the share price is sensitive, IMO there will be danger for shorters. No problem for long termers as they can wait all the time it takes. | fuji99
23/1/2019 11:45 | This from the last statement: "It is the intention of the Board to continue to prioritise investment for continued growth, and as such they currently expect EBITDA losses(1) for the 2019 financial year to exceed those in the 2018 financial year." One has to question whether the company is worth £750m with such a low turnover and loss-making. | niggle |
