21/4/2023 18:28 | Indeed, and many people say that money has no morals, we should only be concerned with profit. But IMO it's a lot riskier for investors if there is no rule of law in a country where the dictator controls the courts and the police, and crushes all dissent. I spotted Blencowe a couple of years ago and kept in on my watchlist as I have done well out of miners over the years. I saw in the last few days that it may have bottomed, but personally I would never invest here now, and give my money towards indirectly supporting what must, after this latest 'law', be one of the most nakedly murderous regimes in the world. At least the Saudi regime pretend that they don't systematically execute their political and religious opponents. Each to their own though, good luck with your investments. | cyberbub
21/4/2023 15:47 | While I agree it is awful that minorities should be treated in such a way, I think you will find that there are many countries that we trade with around the world have a dubious record when it comes to human rights. Saudi Arabia, China, India all have their issues yet commerce still continues. | jugheadjim1
18/4/2023 15:17 | Last BN report had a 23p TP based on 35% NPV value at the current stage they are at, think they mentioned at the PFS stage Anyone notice the 927,000 and 500,000 buys last week and today's 500,000 buy at 5p they must be confident, buys that size tell me insiders are aware of some good positive news | euclid5
18/4/2023 11:49 | Agree. We are still awaiting news on multiple fronts including project level funding. This was due around Christmas time but hasn't materialised. There could be multiple reasons for this, but it really wouldn't surprise me if we are currently in the process of being acquired. Let's face it, OC is too big for BRES to monetise properly, so a buyout at say 70p would get the go ahead from pretty much everyone whilst giving the incoming firm a huge return | pauliewonder
18/4/2023 10:03 | Are we expecting Graphite test results from China in the next couple of months then ! | gisjob2
18/4/2023 08:19 | Good to see this back nearer 5p, and not before time. Just the start if the tests come back as good as hoped. Given the scale of the potential graphite resource it could easily be a project that a large end user might want to get on board with and in that case you could easily be talking many multiples of the share price here. | soulsauce
18/4/2023 06:16 | Interesting- extend directors warrants which are at the same level as the current price as they are in a closed period. What is likely to happen in the next few months that makes them want to keep them other than them thinking 4p will be a good price to buy | supercity
18/4/2023 06:16 | Interesting that we are currently in a closed period as per RNS. Wonder if this is due to funding which was expected months ago. The fact that they have extended the warrants indicates that management are interested in buying, which at 4p is around yesterdays opening price | pauliewonder
06/4/2023 20:06 | good find PaulieW It’s this dynamic that underpins a statistic highlighted by Blencowe Resources, a UK-listed graphite company. Demand for flake graphite, Blencowe claims, is likely to grow by nearly three times over the next few years, from the 1.5million tonnes per year it registered in 2020 up to 4.3million tonnes per year in 2030. Not surprisingly, then, there has been a renewed interest in graphite mining, and even a recent graphite boom in Australia. But in mining, slow and steady usually wins the race, and it won’t be the bandwagoners who stay the course and eventually end up reaping the sizeable benefits that look to be on offer. Rather, the ones to watch will be those with longer-term game plans and with a specific expertise and knowledge of graphite like Blencowe (current share price 4p) and Tirupati Graphite (33p). Tirupati has been something of a trailblazer as far as the London market is concerned, with significant and growing production from its Madagascar projects, and plenty of value-add upstream in India on offer too. Tirupati knows not only how to mine graphite effectively – and with social licence – but also how to move it up the value chain and turn it into a finished product. That makes it fairly unique in the graphite mining industry and, as such, marks it out as one of a handful of go-to graphite companies in the world. | euclid5

29/3/2023 10:07 | read the rns dated 16 Jan 2023 So around mid late April 2023 "The AET Co testing is expected to take around 3 months to complete, after which Blencowe will know its end product has been tested all the way through to (lithium-ion) battery grade product" | euclid5
29/3/2023 09:50 | What compounds it is that MR has gone surprisingly quiet on Twitter these last few weeks, after non stop comments last year. Nothing much to add, I suppose, until the Chinese have done their testing of the bulk sample. How long will that be? | divmad
29/3/2023 08:05 | Rule number 1. Don't dangle a carrot in front of shareholders and keep moving it, otherwise trust is lost and the share price is punished. | oilbeback1
14/3/2023 12:38 | I must say it has been very disappointing of late but so has pretty much everything else. So long as though samples come up trumps there shouldn't be any issues here medium term. Fingers crossed 🤞 | soulsauce
