Following on from Orte, it is perfectly acceptable to trade within a current year ISA, you just can't introduce any new cash beyond £20k. Therefore, if you feel large gains are on the cards, you can sell other shares and replace with your potential winners, the gains on which, will be tax free.

Don't worry even if the government change ISA rules but you are already stuffed with Bird don't worry.
