Money is a bit tight
Share price is too low for fundraising

It should become increasingly clear our elevate platform will be world class

Other fundraising routes should be explored as we become a SAAS business doors should open in the next phase as it is not a tech development so different investors can buy into the vision.

If this was a US company it would be a different story I reckon.

I did wonder if the reference to distribution at the end was the Player and that might be the second statement of work referred to and suggested would expand the functionality.

Exactly, surely elevate.io is far more ahead in terms of development than we are told.
Despite AGM I still feel we are further ahead than suggested by the Bod. I mean the browser based editor is nothing new for Blackbird technology.
Do EVS have a lot of spare cash? Surely if their key products require Blackbird tech, then they would want control, they certainly would not want one of the social media giants swooping in and taking control of core technology their business depends on.

Yes it’s very powerful

I can see a use case for our Video Player (they talk about distribution) for all that Sports content that would allow super smooth frame accurate at 60 frames per second playback for the sports fan and the ability to clip and share moments oh and the Sports rights holders remain in control of their valuable content, we should talk to them 😀
Helps that it’s already in the Blackbird video codec format!
