Who knows but a lot of shares have changed hands

Historically the shares were held roughly 1/3rd by the BoD and employees inclsuding share schemes, 1/3rd institutions and 1/3 private investors. Has that now changed or is it simply substituting I Institution with another and 1 Individual shareholder with another?

Boni well sounds like a good idea as long as you can borrow against assets.

Would never be BIRD more like BTC and GOLD (paid for )

Lend me your BTC and will give you a loan.

I would do the other way around.

Lend me your USD GBP and I will buy BIRD or BTC/GOLD.

Or am I nuts?

If you are selling the product, you could reasonably get loan finance secured on the IP.

We become a full SAAS business in Q1 that opens access to new funding sources that would have been closed as an ip developer company.

Currently we are less now when the product is close to being ready than when we started at the 28p fundraiser with an idea

Which is very upside down!

All imho Allenby may have a different view.

Good progress is being made, but surely the biggest question here is whether raising more money will be needed? Any suspicion of needing cash is always punished on AIM!
