Currently 387,077,188 shares issued.
And we can still buy them at at £0.056 per share.

As per title of Guild thread, could be '£6 per share'! But it's anyone's guess.

But I would certainly be happy with my first 100 bagger. 🙂

NickB You are right if SBS or the big IIs didn't want it but the small shareholders as a group are now well in excess of 10% too. I haven't worked out a price and of course a sale might be of elevate. io only.

The problem with a buyout is that it needs 90% acceptance if the buyer wants to force a sale by all shareholders. At this level there's little to lose by being awkward. Given what I've seen the offer price would have to reflect the Codec, the Player and the potential of elevate.io... It would risk not getting enough support otherwise. BIRD can trim its costs, starting with the BoD, and have enough cash to get elevate into substantial cash generation.

Bonio, I wouldn't quibble about a few months difference over a two year forecast. I see I first bought in Sep '20, so I am down over 50% on that tranche, but I am not too worried. No plan survives first contact with the enemy. I'm curious to see how it all plays out. The potential upside remains enormous with modest risk.

We are where we are and it is very disappointing and reflected in probably the placing recently and also the subsequent share price.

If I was part of the Dec 21 placing at 28p I would be apoplectic.

I think we must acknowledge Bonio is correct in fact.

At SE stated launch not before end of Q1 as paywall not ready till a specific date in March. 3 months ago on Proactive stated on time to launch.

This indicates to me a paid launch and money starting to come in. It didn’t happen so that’s why we are 5p

We are used to this after 15 plus years. I got some more at 5.52p BUT only because my strategy is the end game of buyout.

Sitting on a HUGE paper loss but my average ticks down slowly.

Let them tinker with it and I will wait to see what’s happening in the background. No launch and Nick’s theory still feasible.

BIRD hits 5 year break out pattern... Downwards as reported above. Even the recent subscribers are now making losses. Perhaps it would have been better to say nothing.

John - the new plan emerged about a month ago.

When they raised in Dec 21 and then stated end of 2023 or Q1 2024 - nobody thought we would be here.

That is revisionist.

We are where we are - but it was not what was sold.

The special event also strikes me as a load of old twaddle as well. It might be 12 months after it before a paid version is ready.

It's not my fault I have been correct for several years.

I even called that I had no confidence that the product would launch in Q1.

And to be fair - it is well off a proper launch hidden behind generic word salad announcements.

I was also right on gold - lol.

I might hold off and wait for 4p.
