23/1/2020 15:37 | To be fair to the BoD one of the problems they now face increasingly is that of time. Washington DC is 5 hrs behind us and Los Angeles 10hrs. If the customer wants to synchronise publicity or at least have somebody on hand who can deal with Press interest any release has to be sychronised. In my experience US customers expect their timing to dictate when a release is issued in the UK(not unreasonable wnen 7am is 2am or even 9pm of the previous day. So a 9am press release in LA tomorrow would hit the wires here at 7pm effectively 7pm on Monday. The reality is I think that news gets compressed into Tuesday to Thursday - Bloomberg and the State Dept follow this pattern. The share price has always relied on underlying performance and that's why some 20 years on it's still a penny stock. Under IM's management though it has all the signs of changing this. The immediate conundrum is how good or bad 2019 H2 has been. My guess is more that £1M turnover (for the first time) but less than £1.5M with perhaps some guidance that Break Even could come this year with both Bloomberg and the State Dept coming fully on line. Any better offers? | chriscallen
23/1/2020 14:24 | If I were you I would ignore the chat on these boards . Hardly any of it is informed and is wishful thinking or conspiracy theories. Bird shares will only have a sustained rerating on fundamentals which means evidence that the Bloomberg deal can translate into profits and cash . It’s looking hopeful but not there yet . Let’s hope that the next results give some figures which we have surprisingly not had yet . | richard107

23/1/2020 11:02 | There was a builder who was warned by the customer that if he tried to load the agreed contract with extras he would never get another one. So the final bill came in at 5 x the contract value. Why? Because he knew he had only one chance to scalp the customer. Perhaps the MM knows that as soon as they can BIRD will switch to the main market and they will get a new broker? | chriscallen
23/1/2020 10:06 | They are seriously humping the bid, must be a massive delayed sell or they shaking. | sideshowbull
