As our "Kick-off the Year', Blackbird plc tour of the US wraps with another strong meeting in New York, the slogan on this coffee mug made me smile - so I took a cheeky snap.

As in so many meetings that George Maddocks, Solutions Architect, Daniel Webster VP Strategic Accounts Americas (pictured) and I have attended on this trip we again heard 'wows', 'blown away' and gasps of wonder that genuinely occur when people see Blackbirds editing power and speed in action.

As the professional video creation world moves wholesale to the cloud then Blackbirds feature-rich, browser-based video editing technology becomes incredibly important for scale, speed, and quality. Potentially fundamental. My team understands this and the market is gravitating to it quickly. Blackbird is more than a job for all of us. It’s a mission! And we love it!

cabi1 You have a good memory. Pity that the last line made explicit mention of the BIRD Player once believed to exist by many but now thought to be extinct because nobody has seen it in recent months. But the point is well made that BIRD has been leading on this and should now reap the benefits.

For what it's worth I would've thought after a few very large contracts the PE would be more like 80-100, particularly when people go crazy for it and given the variety of applications... BWTFDIK
