Just a few million.

Add in Mcsean hitting his price target and that explains it all.

Well, out of the £3m odd - a fair chunk is Board related.

A board that votes share options like confetti.

True.

Perhaps they should try and reduce costs rather than raise money?

I don't think acceptance of the longer term narrative means there can't be questioning of management and their past comments to non-shareholders.

I think we are only a couple of contract expansions and 1-2 new deals from taking fundraising off the table and after that it is all gravy.

But what about the media industry and it’s move to Cloud?

Well, Gervais dropped some comments at the same time that appear to have not transpired.

I agree with Bonio10000 that at the current rate of decline sub 10p by Christmas could be on the cards. IM is a hostage to his own words. The market won't be satisfied until BIRD delivers on "several large contracts" mentioned just over a year ago because the previous managements failed regularly to deliver what had been promised. I don't think there's much that can be done to instil confidence unless they can announce wins or the contract extensions are pushing BIRD close to break even in cashflow terms... that would ease the fears of any further fund raising and should stop the fall. But would the BoD sanction a pre year end forecast? I doubt it even if the numbers should be pretty firm by now and known on an almost daily basis. The CFO/COO cannot actually be over burdened unless he is involved in negotiations with major prospects.

With problems in their own sector I wonder how Miton feel about the current situation as they cannot be comfortable with the share price giving up so much of its recent gains.

Blackbird could be a cheap purchase the way it’s heading....

Sub 10p by Christmas at this rate.

What are we going to need for to remove the need for a fundraising, assuming the state dept deal, Townnews and A&E deals expand?

2-3 similar types of deals?

TikTok now has an SDK to enable 3rd party apps to integrate

So perhaps a Send to TikTok button could now go into our video editor.

Some largest sales( for BIRD) but MM's seem quite happy to take them on board.

The focus is on the US I don’t know why you’re making such a big deal of another company’s technical roadshow which is showing other companies products alongside Blackbird.

Your making something out of nothing.

NickB It's a fantastic product but on the evidence so far the UK market is small compared with the US. Perhaps it will be bigger in a few years but for now the focus should be on the US where we can see the move happening. Every unit of resource deployed chasing potential customers in the UK is a cost that could be deployed in chasing bigger, more receptive customers in the USA. BIRD should be feeding its successes and starving its failures. Put simply what is the current size of the market in the UK and how does that compare with the US? The US team seem to be winning more business. If its not down to luck (and I don't think it is) then that's where resource should be put.

As an old media veteran I hold Tyrell in very high regard so to me it’s great they are on board with Blackbird.

Of course investors wouldn’t be able to see that and will sadly be dismissive.

It looks Mickey Mouse

Even the photos seem to be one man and his dog

I would be surprised if anyone is there BIRD has spoken too. There are only so many UK material rights holders.

Has anybody else wondered why Tyrell have chosen a second tier Premier Division soccer club for their event? If location was an important factor Anfield might have sent a message: a top venue, a top service and a top team delivering it. Not second raters. Tommy Smith ("Tommy Smith wasn't born, he was quarried") would be turning in his grave as would the immortal Bill Shankley (Someone said to me 'To you football is a matter of life or death!' and I said 'Listen, it's more important than that') Clearly on this choice of venue neither Tyrell nor BIRD are serious players.

For what it’s worth

Focus on the Big Picture

Cloud has arrived in the Media industry.

Media company tech CTO’s will be under enormous pressure to embrace Cloud to deliver next generation Media services.

And the biggest media tech company is perhaps Google.

So stop over analysing looking backwards!

All imho
