Yes I would agree. It all depends on price, and whether Bioquell's hydrogen peroxide chemistry actually works on a practical level without damaging surrounding hospital equipment.

Given Mills's recent purchases, my thoughts are he will offer around 120-130p per share in cash.

Director/PDMR Shareholding

Further to the TR-1 announcement issued earlier today in which Bioquell PLC ("Bioquell") announced that it had been informed by Harwood Capital LLP (as Investment Manager for North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust Plc, Oryx International Growth Fund Limited and Harwood Capital LLP) that it has purchased 450,000 Bioquell ordinary shares ("Shares") such that its holding currently comprises 12,610,000 Shares, representing approximately 29.64% of Bioquell's issued Share capital. Bioquell announces that these Shares were acquired at a price of 88p per share.

Christopher Mills, the Chief Investment Officer of Harwood Capital LLP, is also a Director of Bioquell

Yes, very odd that Chris Mills would sell 8,000 shares. Maybe he wanted to round the shareholding to 27m exactly, so he can move up or down in round millions going forward. I wouldn't read much into it.

Interesting announcement on holdings from Harwood Capital - selling 8000 shares. Perhaps trying to flush out some weak holders to allow them to get to 30% and the long expected takeover offer.

Next update from BQE will contain upside re Ebola [although impacted division is smallest part of BQE]. However, Ebola issue will have crystallized the value of the technology in the eyes of suitors.

Expecting corporate action here imminently...

The international aspect is perhaps more interesting re ebola and from the half yearly report in August:

"Contract awarded in August for 20 Bioquell Pods and associated hydrogen peroxide vapour bio-decontamination equipment from a hospital in the Middle East concerned by the threat from viruses such as MERS-COV and Ebola".

Motley Fool points out that the bottom line is forecast to grow 43% next year before the outbreak and that gives it a very attractive PEG of 0.6. Cash rich, nice divi, Trac business regular double digit growth. Interesting imv

Get a grip - the amount of ebola outside the 3 main countries affected is infinitesimal. There are two other main rival peroxide vaporisers in the UK alone. All main hospitals are already kitted out with this technology. Further sales based on ebola will be undetectable.
