19/3/2012 19:14 | Is there anyone there??????? This is the quietest thread of any share I hold...Anyone any inkling on what we may expect 2mos? I'll be on the Calais to Dover ferry so wont be able to do anything 'till mid morning, but my guess is the share price will remain unmoved - unless you know better!! | ![]() yachtie8078
06/2/2012 10:30 | I have a very small, slightly profitable holding. I've been running through my criteria for such holdings and decided that the key figure from the March results is the Price to Free Cash Flow ratio. At the moment it is nearly 3 times the PER, which is a concern. Anyone else found a metric by which to judge the results at 3 nanoseconds past 08:00 on the 20th? apad | ![]() apad

25/1/2012 19:26 | From the interim management statement: "Outlook and prospects We are making good progress in our bio-decontamination division in changing our business model to increase the proportion of specialist service and captive consumable cartridge revenues, and reduce our dependence on capital equipment sales. We anticipate this change in business model will become increasingly important as capital budgets are reduced in the face of global deleveraging, particularly from government-funded organisations. Underlying demand for our unique and world class bio-decontamination technology remains strong in the Life Sciences and Healthcare sectors, and we see interesting opportunities for our defence business. Moreover, TRaC continues to see good demand for its specialist testing services. The Group continues to have a strong balance sheet with a significant net cash position and an unused overdraft facility." Conservative company who do not broadcast the good news much (eg the CE on Bioxyquell), but get on with the business and have unique qualities. If you can wait to 20 March my guess is that we will be back on growth track after 2010's glitch and that is what has led to the long consolidation imo. This should be history: so pe down to 12 ish, divi 2.5ish. If you like technicals the longer the base, the bigger the move! Otherwise sell and s*ds law. Oh and when the share moves it moves v quickly... | ![]() bbluesky
25/1/2012 15:52 | Talking of patients - anyone holding (and I include myself, having BQE in both my ISA and SIPP) has had the patience of Jobe. I am now minded to think that this is now 'dead money' and am considering re-investing it. The Company fundies are good and for two years or more I've thought the company was on the verge of breaking through. The short question is:- Does anyone have any compeling evidence that it is? Cheers | ![]() yachtie8078

15/11/2010 19:53 | 360 k was sold in May at 110. Most of this has been accumulated looking at volumes, but a temporary sticking point. Riv - you are right in that it is not very liquid, but the volumes have been above average pre The Naked T. When it goes it flies and I reckon on the cusp. Very interesting company, debt free, ISAble, much potential good news - see earlier post. Worth a longer investment than 3 hours IMO! Normally v large spread and dives on Friday afternoon, but not last. Something in the wind? | ![]() bbluesky
15/11/2010 13:52 | Moving up on every purchase seemingly - not much stock around. EDIT- did a quick trade and made a tiny profit. There seems (unusually) to be some stock around, so since this is a very illiquid stock I thought it better not to hang around. GLA. | ![]() rivaldo

02/11/2010 10:15 | T%6his company and its products a must I would have thought in current efforts to reduce if not eliminate bugs etc. They seem to have some very innovated solutions.Despite Govt cuts this should be still a vital part of saving lives. Is/are the sales force of this company sufficiently motivated I wonder. Ssords | ssords
22/10/2010 07:59 | Campbell County Memorial Hospital's Environmental Services department has a new automated cleaning system to help provide a safer environment for patients called the Bioquell Q-10 Suite. Five Environmental Services employees recently completed training and certification on the two machines. They look like something from "Star Wars" and are designed to eliminate pathogens from all surfaces, including sensitive and expensive electronic equipment. The first component is the Bioquell Q-10. The Q-10 produces a Hydrogen Peroxide vapor that covers all items in the room, including all the electronics. This vapor is 35% hydrogen peroxide, compared to the 3% we have in our homes, and is strong enough to kill any bacteria in the room. The second machine is the Bioquell R-30. The R-30 performs rapid sterilization by fast aeration using a catalytic to convert Hydrogen Peroxide vapor to a safe and residue-free, water vapor and oxygen. The design of these units ensures surface sterilization of multiple and complex rooms. According to Environmental Services Manager Edie Mansur, it takes from 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours to clean a room with the new equipment. "We seal the vents, windows and doors so the hydrogen peroxide doesn't escape," said Edie. "Since staff can't be in the room when the machines are operational, they monitor the room via computer through the entire cleaning process. Then we enter the room to make up the bed and remove the seals, and it's ready for a new patient." | wes1
