07/1/2019 13:03 | ThinkBioplastic̴ Bioplastic is spreading... @OLIVERKAY_ 'the first catering grocer in the UK to replace the polystyrene trays it uses to deliver its produce with compostable trays made from sugarcane.' #BeatPlasticPollutio | someuwin
07/1/2019 11:00 | ...You see. A couple of buys, it ticks up and you can buy hardly any. | someuwin
04/1/2019 11:01 | There's a bit of stock available now. Better to buy while you can rather than put limit orders in once it starts the next leg up. | someuwin

This may provide an opportunity to accelerate our work in industrial biotechnology solutions and Biome is engaged with a number of parties in this area. ...And all the above is just the Bioplastics division. The RF Technologies division is aslo expanding fast with strong demand for Fibre Optic equipment for global 5G communications and internet expansion. | someuwin
03/1/2019 11:35 | I was just going by the last sets of news. Full years results when they come will show a 50% plus increase in revenue and potentially a very positive outlook for H1 based on the new customers mentioned and material revenue from that. The market imo doesn't expect such news and then is surprised when what has already been stated is announced. EG This takes Group revenues for the nine months to 30 September 2018 to GBP7.0m, a 56% increase compared to the same period last year (2017: GBP4.5m). A contract for the supply of material for the rigid ring material in this coffee market sector has been signed recently and commercial revenues are expected to commence in Q1 2019 following the completion of final validations. It was noted in the September 2018 Interim Results that two projects in particular were advancing encouragingly through the development phase and, if successful, could lead to substantial revenues in 2019 and 2020. | superg1
03/1/2019 11:20 | And with only 2,365,188 shares in circulation the valuation here is still under £14m. (With £2.5m cash) | someuwin
03/1/2019 11:14 | Picked it this year for the stock market challenge. It does look well set for early 2019 if those new deals kick in. | superg1
03/1/2019 10:29 | Looks like something brewing. The Bio side is in for free anyway at current market cap. If they commercialise one of the current developments the share price could go through the roof. Good start for my Biom D4T4 BGO Zoo portfolio. BGO and Zoo dragging their heels at the moment. | amt
03/1/2019 09:27 | This year will (finally) be the year BIOM hits the big time - imo. | someuwin

02/1/2019 11:51 | Big year ahead for the Bioplastics Division... "...Revenues in the quarter reflected the current demand for the commercialised outer packaging and non-woven filter mesh for the US coffee pod market. These projects are both with new customers. One of them has now completed its technical development phase in the US and commercial production is expected to commence in 2019. The second project, being developed in continental Europe, has now moved to production testing in the US and work with the customer continues to support an aggressive launch timetable, with commercial revenues being anticipated in the first half of 2019. Further new customer relationships are underway within this division which should lead to exciting projects emerging in 2019." | someuwin

21/12/2018 10:28 | We used to do it but that all came to an end when it became cheaper to produce new than it did to collect and recycle the old. I recall as children we used to collect beer and pop bottles and take them back for the penny deposit. | vaneric1
21/12/2018 10:12 | Deposit system works well in the U.S. Homeless people and others in need of a quick buck collect them on the streets and take them to collection centers; people who don't need the pennies put them in bags and hang them on the fence for others to take in NYC. The result--very few cans and bottles littering the streets. They have been doing it for years. Don't know why we haven't done it sooner. | pianoduo
18/12/2018 08:09 | Government still thinking of deposit system on bottles. Its so much hassle that people will chuck bottles out rather than go to the supermarket and wait in a line to put bottle by bottle through a machine. The shops will make money though. It's like that in Germany and worse for visitors. | amt |
