13/9/2018 15:06 | If these are tipped tonight I doubt we will be 100p for a long time again Silly move down after beating expectations not long ago | nico115
13/9/2018 08:33 | Doubt it eent Wouldn't surprise me if Simon Thompson tips this tmrwHe loved them at 135pCheap as chip at 100p | nico115
13/9/2018 07:55 | will we see 90p today | eentweedrie
11/9/2018 15:35 | Yes, short term double top. Let it find solid support. | brucie5
11/9/2018 15:33 | have had my eye on this - glad i was patient - looks like i will be getting in | eentweedrie
08/9/2018 13:35 | Just been reading the statement re the share placing again hadn't noticed it was done by broker Stanford capital,i take my hat off to them very rare to see 32% of a company's shares placed wouldn't have been easy.I know the guys behind Stanford very capable team. | victor2
07/9/2018 12:16 | They don't come much better than Ruffer So basically 3 decent sized institutions have bought decent amounts here | nico115
07/9/2018 12:12 | Ruffer LLP have notified a holding of 8%/3.5m (I make that 8.7% but I don't run a fund). Less than 10% to be accounted for. | jonut
06/9/2018 16:16 | Great news | nico115
06/9/2018 15:59 | It was zero to 8% it's been corrected now | slopsjon2
05/9/2018 22:16 | I rate ST We all get some wrong He will be right here Institutional buying has been immense recently On a pe of 8 is too cheap 12 more like it ..160p easy | nico115
05/9/2018 21:36 | From recollection, I don't think Simon Thompson tipped Conviviality just before it went bust, I think it was one of the IC staff writers. | riverman77
05/9/2018 21:08 | Also the RNS to me clearly states that their holding prior was the same as after - I've no idea why they RNSd it but it doesn't say zero prior from my reading | davr0s
05/9/2018 21:06 | So ST tipped Convivality the day before it crashed and then went bust (I believe they tried to remove the tip the following day but it was already out), and he tipped MPAC just before it crashed too - these are real disaster tips this year. There are more - not saying he doesn't get some "right" but as I say he delivers some real stinkers - and I'd much rather a share go up without some mag ramp. If he was such an ace analyst he'd be on a beach sipping his pina colada surrounded by all his riches and not writing daily columns for a magazine | davr0s
05/9/2018 20:49 | I was it as 0 pct to 8pct Why else RNS it ?Also ST has already tipped this And he is v good So i disagree with you on all fronts | nico115
05/9/2018 17:38 | I read that RNS as 8% to 8%. Just let it find its way back and please don't wish Simon Thompson on this share as that would for me suggest it's time to sell as all this tends to attract is the hot money looking for quick gains, and said money tends to exit just as quickly. Plus ST has tipped some real stinkers in recent months | davr0s
05/9/2018 11:12 | Wow another buyer of 8pct Proper huge institutional buyingAnd wait till Simon Thompson updates and says keep buying !! 60p under his price target of 165p! | nico115
05/9/2018 07:26 | Agreed Shares have fallen from 140 to 108p and we have received only good news Great financial results Huge institutional buying with Miton increasing stake substantially | nico115
04/9/2018 21:25 | Very positive, share price should be much improved come the next results/update. | its the oxman
04/9/2018 18:36 | Great news that the biggest shareholder has increased his stake by this much | nico115
04/9/2018 16:37 | 4.7% went to Miton | podgyted
04/9/2018 10:15 | OK it was a straight sale to Institutions - don't think I've come across a retirement sale of this % magnitude before. One thing for sure - the II's got a bargain. Can't help but think Mr C got sh*fted. Get the feeling this is a positive move even if just for increased liquidity. | podgyted
04/9/2018 08:07 | Yes , selling is now over so that's positive for a bounce , just a shame we didn't get a chance to buy the 100p shares that were on offer. Not unreasonable to retire after 40yrs I guess. | its the oxman
04/9/2018 07:13 | This all bodes well for the future. Ellingham is a smooth operator and I suspect he will have more acquisition targets and maybe even a reversal. | a2584728
03/9/2018 17:17 | I would expect a "Holdings" RNS tomorrow. It is as you say "All a bit odd.....". All I could think of was a trf between him and his son - but why 100p - normally this would be a gift. Can't believe this is a straight sale to an II. I guess tomorrow will reveal all. | podgyted |
