Totally agree sirThis is one of the worse managements on Aim Get rid of the new CEO and we have a chance Whilst he is there this will keep falling He fooled 5 Institutions into buying his mates 30pct and then soon after issues a Huge profit warning Copelo must love you mr ellingham ..

If Ellingham doesn't buy any stock after his "second half will be much stronger " comment I will be contacting all the institutions who bought in at 100p days before the placing

My friends are removing funds from Ruffer They cannot believe they backed this BOD days before a HUGE profit warning I told them that both Ruffer and the broker Stanford don't give a sh## cos it's not their money The BOD aren't accountable ,they have jobs for life and don't give a damn.Ellingham puffed the institutions in yet got his mate out 75pct higher!!Ellingham HAS to resign

Wow in shock Surprised Ruffer and Miton haven't ousted Ellingham How can be still be on the BOD after two profit earnings Is there no accountability here ?Ellingham stated second half would be much stronger ..got that very wrong Ellingham told Institutions in September all was good and then a profit warning 3 weeks later !! Stinks ..Ellingham should resign TODAY

Senior management should fall on their swords Stanford the broker also has a lot to answer for What do they care? They got their fees for placing the stock at 100pThey won't care that the institutions they put in have lost most of their investment

What I can't understand is Ellingham meeting institutions and telling them everything was good when weeks later he had a major profits warning I don't trust himHe then says Bilby will have a very strong second half and issues another profit warning Surely the institutions have to oust him before he sends this to the knackers yard

And the institutions that bought this lump off Ellinghams mate bought the stock days before a major profits warning having had meetings with Ellingham I expect him to resign over this fiasco He is NOT the man to lead us as since he took over Bilby have had 2 major profits warnings in a few months
