Perhaps its the the 5% & 10%ers that cause the volatility - nothing to be done about that. Simply have to wait for institution buying (and rise) or take over.

I'm taking this rise personally. I cannot believe a major plc would set out to persecute 1 individual (me). Now i have to decide whether to get back in 12p worse off, double drat.

Has to be accepted that Biffa is not going to be anything like calm or predictable. But really hope no further testing of 220.

the band,
shanks produced a good result. so i am not worried at all about this share. luckily i took some profit from my other stocks and just awaiting for any opportunity. i think market is due for a good correction. dollar decline is becoming a weeky, if not daily, phenomenon. cynical fed is not raising rates. and inflation everywhere is rising.
i think it's best to wait with some cash. i am tempted to buy rbs at 400 again, having sold last week at a significant loss. but then i waited. it could go even lower.
i don't keep stop loss at all for stocks i like. this one is one of them. if it dropped to 240, i'll add some more.

Come on, you constipated carthorse, just 1 more pee, is that so much to ask. Have set my stop loss @ 250, i'm never going back to the dark days of 220.

Looked as though we were going to sail thru 260 early on, but now dropping back :-(
Wat, make sure you skim off some cream this time.

shanks, a competitor of biff, produced a decent result yesterday. i'm sure after the next trading update or interim, we'll be very close to 300p if not over it. in the mean time, i'm having a good time at dairy crest group.
