ok , fair enough....I think I use various sources to flag or highlight shares as part of gathering information and then work out which ones i want to watch and then invest in.

I used to use the 'other' board but thought I'd post it on here given seems a bit more lively and to be honest as I wanted it to be about the post, not the poster or what shares I have etc.

Just felt it needed to be said. I wouldn't encourage anyone to give him money.

Reality is there isnt much choice to listen to in the small cap world. I can't trust JW either these days but at least he's entertaining and doesnt really pretend to be something he's not.

Nev are you a BIDS holder?

did you sign up to advfn today, the 1st Jan 2020, to post that warning. (all good to know about TW but won't follow your links).

Might seem to some as a reverse psychology post to get the traffic to the links or indeed to TW sites.

sorry for the cynicism / scepticism but 2019 taught/reinforced in me a certain doubt

Funny how the focus of attention has moved onto me rather than those who are 100% attacking BIDS..Let's see how it plays out.#accumulate

exactly aiden. and your joining of the dots is another opinion that you seem to believe is the only opinion, but that requires endless repeating rather than deeper exploration, if you say it often enough doesn't make it true...

Are you saying JD has lied to DAN,TTD,APPNEXUS,EPIC,CODEMASTERS,SI ,NOMAD and the new Broker?.How can he possibly survive?.Or has he been 'told' to lie because we have a corporate event lined up?.If he has a placing for say 20%-25% of total holdings would he not be signing his own death warrant?.Its seems to me he is being crucified and being asked to supply the nails

aidenabettin - "So why do we never have any convictions?"

We never have any convictions because the sums of money involved on the AIM are just too small. If the FCA and the Serious Fraud Office are going to prosecute then one or both of the following criteria have to apply.

1. It is in the public interest.

2. The defendant is wealthy enough to foot the bill of the court case should they lose.

Very few if any of the AIM frauds/scams are in the public interest unless the case has already received national notoriety. By time directors are due to face prosecution they have already resigned or been sacked, the company is in the hands of the administrators and creditors are banging on the door. There tends to be no money left.

The clock is ticking and ' they ' want this sorted hence the increased level of attack against JD.JD is being hung out to dry and when it is all done and everything is brushed under the carpet who will say anything?.JD? FCA? AIM?.Nothing will be said by anyone. But I will be here

moneygenxyz - "He’ll respond with revenues."

Someone calls him a criminal in a podcast and you think he should respond with revenues?

You see the trouble is if you sue someone for libel there is what is termed as 'disclosure'. Meaning the person you are suing can ask for certain information to prove the comments made were not defamatory but true. For example if JD decided to sue TW then TW could ask JD to disclose to the court all the contracts and tie-ups they claim they had. If the £5.9m contract never existed then JD could easily lose the case.

This is why it is extremely dangerous for AIM directors to be taking on someone like TW in the courts after he has made a defamatory and libellous comment against them. Furthermore TW has an army of friends and snitches in the city and among brokers, nomads, PR companies and market makers. He can call on them as witnesses to support his case.

If TW says directors are lying then generally speaking they are.

and onto 'nutjob conspiracy' number 4,217.....
"They cant hide revenues for much longer"... on 20360
What are you stating here? It would seem you think the company are withholding revenue generation BUT I can advise that revenues to end 2019 are likely to be accounted for correctly and signed off independently by external accountants. The number should be around £150,000 to £200,000 in my opinion.
No conspiracy here matey.....

Aiden, post 20358......
Not sure what this latest nutjob conspiracy is, but JD owns just over 17% and HE IS GOING NOWHERE....

There is no 'they' and Draper is staying put and doing a great job in my opinion.

Day one of 2020 on the beach, quick swim but water a bit cold...hope bids will let me spend a bigger proportion of this year doing this....Mr and Mrs nomads secret master plan has moved to implementation phase and action phase about to happen. Hope to be completed by this time next year. Stepping back and out to be supported by bids coming good, not as only support but as key backup.
Wishing everyone the best for the coming year however you wish to achieve your goals.
