01/1/2020 14:00 | Big investment by the Chinese in exchange for resources, money laundering for the Russians and the Israelis making sure it's all secure | ![]() aidenabettin
01/1/2020 13:55 | Wherever the possibility of big money is involved, who knows what goes on behind the scenes? | ![]() hazl
01/1/2020 13:08 | We are going down a tried and tested route to remove a CEO.BIG problem this time though is that someone allowed JD to accumulate(haha) 17% and now want it back.Nothing personal JD but you know the score imo | ![]() aidenabettin
01/1/2020 12:59 | Really Aiden ??....you got to drop this nonsense mate, your constant conspiracy theories postings are making you look ridiculous. The Israelites have got nothing. The big players are dumping opposition in favour of Bids.Bids will rule this space. | ![]() countdracula55
01/1/2020 12:56 | He’ll respond with revenues. Nothing more required. JD is going nowhere Aiden. | ![]() moneygenxyz
01/1/2020 12:45 | What's it to be JD?.You going to just roll over like all the other establishment puppets or will you grab your chance to blow the whistle?.We know the Israelis are on the way but they need you moved. The selling of the shares tells me you have already made your decision(made for you).I would never call you a liar as I think you were just following orders but unfortunately it makes you complicit. We all know no charges or investigation will ever be initiated by the FCA or AIM as that would just open a real can of worms..Corporate news incoming.#accumulate | ![]() aidenabettin
01/1/2020 12:39 | The only thing I'd say with that cash run is the spend is based on a lot smaller company. .Many more staff now in London, Latvia and states. Also BIDs are recruiting. .Great post lauders. Remind everyone while we are here. .I'd take a bit of dilution especially if there was a recognised investor within in the placing | ![]() girdz
01/1/2020 11:54 | But not under pressure when a major player says.'Their cutting-edge technology allows us to serve impactful real-world ads in the form of realistic, perimeter pitchside advertising in Football Manager.'.They cant hide revenues for much longer | ![]() aidenabettin
01/1/2020 11:13 | Lauders thank you for that piece. It is very helpful to see it laid out and indeed, your interpretation. I would perhaps, personally, highlight 'Who would be interested in this type of company why would they be interested in this company?' I think, just as James Draper (who I believe is sincere) can't inform us of certain things,we also can't easily inform him of how the broader stock market works. Some things are not company specific but are about changing market 'conditions' and perception of risk. Some investors would automatically quit certain sectors at this point in the bull market. All technology companies might be under pressure at certain times and smaller companies under AIM in particular. We all have to look out for these things. That's why we have to position ourselves with care, also. I see next April as a low point in the stock market generally. I could be wrong. | ![]() hazl
01/1/2020 11:11 | The main problem is JD sitting on 17%. That needs to be changed imo. I certainly don't agree the way they are going about it though.I will leave it to Angel to explain who 'they' are | ![]() aidenabettin
01/1/2020 11:06 | Thanks Lauders, good way to start 2020. Think we can all manage to read around the auto typos... | ![]() global nomad
01/1/2020 11:04 | Agree Aiden. A big whale could take 20% of the business but at at a premium with the opportunity we could offer them.Do we know how many additional shares could be made available it would have been agreed at last AGM ? I also think we should have money in the bank so no pressure to raise funds yet. | graphite bot
01/1/2020 10:56 | Any placings will be for the benefit of a major holder to come in.If it happens.I think we will have big corporate news in Q1 | ![]() aidenabettin

01/1/2020 10:47 | Happy new year ALL.How Long Is Bidstack Group's Cash Runway?.You can calculate a company's cash runway by dividing the amount of cash it has by the rate at which it is spending that cash. When Bidstack Group last reported its balance sheet in June 2019, it had zero debt and cash worth UK£6.0m. Looking at the last year, the company burnt through UK£3.8m. So it had a cash runway of approximately 19 months from June 2019. | ![]() aidenabettin
01/1/2020 09:17 | Thanks for the acknowledgement moneygenxyz and stoaty1. Some of the text did need listening to a few times to edit correctly including the text in point 6 where I just replaced (new edit) the word "bitesize" with "Bidstack" ;-) | ![]() lauders
01/1/2020 09:15 | People keep banging on about fund raising as if its a bad thing. You need to remember there are only 240million shares in issue. So if they did 60million shares at 10p, and raise £6million to keep things going for awhile, that only takes us to 300million shares in issue. Still plenty of room for major growth!!! | ![]() fudgerella21 |
