Thanks Lauders, very useful post!

I’m a Bidliever as we all know but I agree... backing oneself into corners and setting time expectations is dangerous as we’ve seen. Hope they can manage expectations and communication better this year.

He’s already peppered the market with things to watch out for in Q1, Q2 and Q3 or Q4 so the expectation is back on already.

12 months is a long time though and look back at what they’ve achieved in the last 12 months. Not forgetting Steifel who is yet to pull in some institutional interest.

It has to be a revenue story this year though - recognisable cold hard turnover from Q1 onwards.

Happy new year all!

HNY everyone and hope 2020 will be a year to remember favourably for BIDS and its investors.

Had another listen and read of the 24th December interview and subsequent transcript here: Best to use the option of playing the video and letting the program highlight the words being spoken as you listen.

In essence it all boils down to whether the following from the interview is correct or we are all being duped:

Luckily, we've got some interesting things which are now coming to fruition, can't talk about it and people will believe me or not believing it's entirely your choice. But there's some very very interesting developments that are going on which which set the company up very well for next year.

So believe or not seems to be the message and if he and the BOD don't deliver for any reason then such words will be remembered. Why say them if not convinced he will prove the doubters wrong.

Other positives noted:

1) The amount of progress I looked from 12 months ago to now is, is, is unbelievable.

2) ...and if I look see what we have managed to achieve in such a short period of time where now the technology is fully operational end to end.

3) ...over the course of the year we've been working on with some really interesting partners, when I say interesting I mean, very large scale companies that are what I would say are household names that we are rather close to. But these other businesses aren't on AIM. We are very small compared to all the partners that we might be working with. And as such, there are some things which we can disclose those things we can't disclose this this time.

4) Now, we've managed to get to the point where that is, 100% fluent from one side to the other. So our SDK is embedded into these gaming environments and it's reported back order. All the right cues that, that the lines of the trade desk have wanted to see which made it very easy for agencies now to run test funds through us, which we've been building up over the course of the year.

5) ...but then the discussions we've had with the game publishers crucially, not one game publishers told us to go away. We're in conversations with everyone you would expect to be in conversation with.

6) ...now imagine that that's that's been done and we know for example certain competitors of ours they were well known have been removed from text acts (?) in favour of Bidstack's technology within certain testing environments. So that's given everyone here, a big boost, but you can't force these guys to make us jump the queue there might be certain thing you might be setting.

7) I think it's an ambition for us to have this inventory on open exchange by the end of Q3 Q4 next year would be achievable. And from that stage that's when the real money starts pumping through this industry. and that's extremely exciting for us, but it's fair to say that the advisors which we bought on at the start of the year and we've added to and by not have any like last one which we announced, there are others as well who were associated with but for various (?) reasons we can't openly talk about them because if they're more useful been under the radar for us.

8) ...obviously we were on we want to ensure our investors see that the constant progress which we are making here.

9) ...so, for the interest of the long term health of the company that that deal did not come to a conclusion. So, as we are bound by the AIM rules we had to announce the next day with haste. Ideally, only with haste. Ideally, obviously, it would be far nicer for us to put them both together. But it's sad it was not possible for us to do so we would have been, you know, hand in heart would have been in a suspect place if we had done that. So, it was rush rush rush, and then we managed to get the deal signed late the next late the next day to barely get it to get that one unanswerable for the following morning.

10) And I think it's fair to say that the way this the way this company is going, the company could get to, it has it has a number of routes to victory that we could look at. Now, obviously, from my point of view, the company is technically hadn't except by us going to go and doing the reverse takeover. B>Obviously, I'm incentivize for my shares to be worth as much as possible, obviously. And there's basically ways we grow this company out on aim in the future. There are also certain ways in which certain, certain things that are you could argue over that, in terms of who would be interested in this type of company, why would they be interested in this type of company What is it, in this company that that would excite certain people to potentially, I don't know, just talking speculatively..

11) So what I think we've got a responsibility, as a company, in early January I think we need to go and give the market some clear idea of all of the routes to victory this company can can have.

12) There's nothing that is that has come to a final stop, it just things have just been pushed into 2020 so we're from a point of view of what is company can get to remarkably excited. What we want success to look like. I think we need to sort of just just to give a slightly better guidance to what that success could could look like to certain people what to look for. What way points people should be should be looking at. Because it's fair to say that the type of advisors, for example, we've got around the company I thought I would say there's not many companies I named that have got that calibre of a person that would be happy to associate themselves with a business special on some, some micro cap.

13) .. and it's fair to say that there are a number of things that will be putting in place over Q1 that I think will see the company in a very, very sure position, over the course of the year, so yeah very excited, all good....

14) Just get pushed back a little bit, and we have to respect these guys we're looking to build out long term relationships with these people whether we like them as human beings we like the way which we could both benefit from each other's existences. And what we don't want to do is put undue pressure on on relationships that are very much embryonic that, that feels like the definition what losing looks like we've got to make sure that, my thing is out obviously is there is to take some of the criticism now that's absolutely fine in exchange for the, the benefit of the company, our staff, our partners, what we're doing in the longer term something that's that's far more important than the short term sentiment.

15) ...and because we we've done a good job with, even in testing environments with with certain people. That word has spread of what we had on what it could be. Particularly stateside that the potential routes to victory are vast. I'm extremely bullish towards it. In terms of where I think the business needs pouring to inform our investors, better on we're going to be careful about. It's a real is a real challenge for me is, I've got to try and balance updating you guys on what is going on, so people retain the competence understand what is happening, while at the same time, having to stick with the AIM regulations when I can communicate what I can communicate.....

16) We're doing some interesting patterns for example at the moment. Which, which we want to discuss here obviously but it's links was where the future of this company can go with some extremely bright people around us who are seeing some interesting nuances within this space. And if people were able to see John Malkovich saw through my eyes for the last few months they would be far more excited than they appear on certain bulletin boards so yes it's it's it's extremely intriguing.....

17) ...it is definitely fair to say that the outlook for 2020 is very strong. From a commercial standpoint.

18) ...what I want to do is give some update or update on some guidance surrounding way-points that people should look out for. Over the course of next year. But in terms of revenue opportunity is only going to get easier for us from from next year,...

19) ...that it's just the first of many that we will be doing with multiple agents and groups that we are very much in communications with .... There's a very interesting set of commercial opportunities that we've got ahead of us, that we will hopefully be able to start talking about in Q1 maybe Q2 next year....

So, as I said at the start "you either believe JD or don't. I am personally looking forward to the guidance or way-points that he alluded to several times that will be coming in early January. That should provide some stability and forward guidance, although I just hope he and the BOD will be able to stick to any timelines given or else it could backfire!

HNY all.

Interesting 2020 lies ahead.

Will Aiden's Chinese / Israeli / Russian / Martian takeover conspiracy theory be proved correct?

Will Bids revenues take off and go into orbit?

Will it sink and be consigned to the dustbin of AIM jam tomorrow (but tomorrow never comes) stocks?

who knows? Everybody, it seems.

However it pans out for Bids, here's to a prosperous 2020, see you on the other side.

But they encourage pi's to sell. That's the bit I hate. Once you have sold your investment is gone for ever.We had a 111% swing in 24hrs and witnessed very large accumulation .You defend your investment your way and I will do it my way.Not releasing correct figures(very low) or way below what would have been acceptable and 2 directors selling shares at a time of being called liars would seem to many that the company was in a mess. But to me it only highlighted an agenda and a company that was complicit in it's own share price depreciation. I will not change from that point of view and I will continue to post #accumulate

I dont doubt you are happy to hold. How many times have I posted #accumulate?.I am pointing out the corruption and manipulation process that takes place to alter the workings of a stock market company to either replace board members or to allow for accumulation of stock by interested parties..Same players make the same accusations over and over again and the game moves on to the next stock. Multiple user accounts come and go and no company or director is ever investigated let alone prosecuted. Those making the accusations do so knowing full well they will be free from any scrutiny or investigation and will be backed up by an army of followers. I would make a much better Sherriff of Aim but who would then prosecute. A total waste of time trying as we have a completely lawless financial system

You cannot prosecute anyone unless there is sufficient admissable evidence to prove their is a case. That is how the law works. If the person feels suitable aggrieved by the accusation there are means available to sue for liable. If the person feels that the claims are.nonsense it is often best to ignore them rather than risk increased negativity or Giving the false accusations more limelight. There is nothing conspiratorial about JD ignoring JW or any other naysayers. He is making a good fist of growing the business. I am sure non of us could do any better in his position( barring a little more structured communication.) On the whole he is doing what I would want from a CEO of a start up. That is my opinion and why I am happy to hold.

So let's have JD prosecuted. He has been Named by a Named accuser. But it's more important to point the finger at me and my accusations appear to carry more weight for some reason.Am I getting to close for comfort with my conspiracy theories..I cant imagine I would cause such a stir if I was barking up the wrong tree

My opinion on a bb.We will find out if I am correct and log and the rest of you will disappear..When we are in court you can tell us who gave you all the inside information..The broker,ex broker,Nomad, spreadbetting company,Market maker, the company itself or those pulling the strings at the top.Absolutely no doubt in my mind it has been total manipulation and corruption .What do the FCA do now if accusations against JD are found to be correct and they didn't act?

Other conspiracy theories are available. Truth has become a fluid concept. What constitutes a lie equally so. We are in an era of individual opinions rather than socially defined realities. May the New decade reverse those positions before we all suffer...though right now it would seem there is more global downside than we can imagine.

Aiden, please clarify how you know for certain that various people have 'Inside Information'

And, if you are correct in stating that loglorry1 is the recipient of 'Inside Information' please state who is providing said information.

It is a very serious accusation that you continue to throw about, so maybe it is time to clarify for the board.
