21/12/2019 10:14 | No need to mull small print and cause confusion. Its all about to change and it will blow all of this nonsense out of the water.Just sit tight | ![]() aidenabettin
21/12/2019 10:13 | That makes sense numpty - I also think it’s a natural renegotiation point. The adage link speaks about it as a ratchet. Anything over £10m might require differing terms. | ![]() moneygenxyz
21/12/2019 10:10 | Great article but a drop in the ocean compared to what's coming here (imo).BIDS have been chosen as the epicentre of this new adtech era.#accumulate | ![]() aidenabettin
21/12/2019 10:09 | but liz, here is the bit i am mulling through. you are unknown agency and you have committed max £10m. I get that, as your legal team would insist that your liability is limited and hence the words 'max £10m' are inserted. so there you are. protected. but, you sell the ingame ad space to your clients, they allocate spend, they love it, bids get games on board and the £10m runs out in august, and thats it they shut up shop for the year? thats the bit that makes no sense. the agency cuts its nose by stopping and ceases to serve its clients. i dont think so. logic says they continue and therefore no max exists. the max is just there legal protection but they would bat on. there is no maximum otherwise nothing makes sense. that changes everything if my thinking is true or am i going mad? | numptydumpty
21/12/2019 10:03 | Thanks affc! Couldn’t believe that someone was selling because they imagined a 5% fee... not even in the realms of industry standard that... I don’t think BIDS is a sell out with negotiations based on historic accounts. You are right though, I feel everyone on here is up to speed (with exception to the mean spirited ghouls and ghosts that magically appear and disappear when challenged with maths) but definitely useful for anybody reviewing the opportunity after the exciting RNSes this week! Keen to pick up some more smashing posters and researchers on the journey to JD’s valuation target. | ![]() moneygenxyz
21/12/2019 09:54 | Now I have just stolen this post from the other side (dark clouds still) and felt it warranted posting on here:With Thanks to MoneyGenxyz....If you are invested here you need to get your head around the way this works.Read the following:Www.adage. | ![]() affc21
21/12/2019 09:54 | Well my take is that the unknown agency have allocated £10m per year for this in their next 2 years budgets so will spend up to that. One of the last lines a company scrimps on is their advertising, for obvious reasons and because the sales director will want to ensure it is kept in the pot and not reduced in subsequent years. 21/12/2019 09:49 | and if christmas eve closes at 12p we meet when shares close at 24p. i get its a double but not floating my boat. i would still be losing | numptydumpty

21/12/2019 09:32 | Thats the game plan as well you know.Spread fear and confusion .Major investment coming to BIDS.#accumulate | ![]() aidenabettin
21/12/2019 09:31 | Don't think it's entirely upto the agency, probably more upto the agencies clients will have the final say. But the unknown agency does seem very keen to plug this new opportunity to its clients, otherwise why sign for such...I agree its very vague, which only adds to the speculation side. Hoping for a podcast to enlighten us... | ![]() affc21
21/12/2019 09:15 | lots for bids to do now. one agency commits up to £10m a year for two years. could be £1 some say or could be a max £10m say others? but there surely is no max. so why would this one agency commit anything? they could just sign and commit zero. they would still be signed! and they would still be able to flow brands to bidstacks ingame audience, so why commit anything? nothing makes sense? | numptydumpty
21/12/2019 09:00 | Exactly but we will be operating at a level way above Pubguard imo.One of my first posts was to say what a fantastic move it was to buy Pubguard. The Israelis will take that side of the business to the top level. All looking very good.#accumulate | ![]() aidenabettin
21/12/2019 08:57 | From your link Aiden:"According to a recent survey by Advertiser Perceptions, among advertisers, "transparency" is the most important word of 2019, with brands rightfully seeking more insights into campaign performance and media quality than ever before.1 Similarly, 60% of US advertising executives cite a lack of transparency as the biggest challenge for digital spend optimization.2"Thats where Pubguard and the tracking pixels come in for a similar level of transparency for us... | ![]() affc21
