In addition, the Board confirms that the phrase "gross media expenditure" referred to in the announcement of 19 December 2019 should be regarded, if received, as payments by the agency which will be treated as revenues in Bidstack's financial statements.

Um “if received”

Girdz, the only minor point to make is the rns says 10m per annum, not over two years but for two years, a small bit of syntax but it means £20m total

This is from one marketing group. .Not entirely sure why that's kept secret squirrel but is what it is. .Assume Dentsu but If some one new great, cause you'd still have Dentsu, TTD, and Appnexus to generate Rev and maybe put a commitment on the table. .Who ever has put the gbp 10 mil will know the games BIDS are expecting to be involved in for sure. The GBP 10mil Over the two years is a test the market I'd have thought. Imagine deals will be much higher in future. .If all this pans out well, I suspect Xmas 2020 will be much better for us all

and as noted by someone (gen?) yesterday,

"as payments by the agency which will be treated as revenues in Bidstack's financial statements."

covers zero to £10m...

someone is clearly pushing them to be more clear, comms needs to improve in 2020, two rns's this week if written properly and with a comms strategy in place would not have needed clarification.

Once the expected games are announced q1 and q2 I think the GBP 10mil will be done. Won't be if, be when. .That deal is first of many IMO. .They'll be many down playing this over the next few months but LTHs will have last laugh here I'm sure

i was writing the above as news was posted....

key for me is the point in the rns of the 18th which this clarifies

"The Board is pleased with recent progress and expects that its industry relationships will deliver a material uplift in revenues in 2020."

A material uplift in revenues..

which is hardly surprising given 2019 levels, and slightly odd that it needs clarification.

Monday is going to tell us whether we can break the downtrend from 22nd nov. A close above 13p will do it. Still need to get back to the low twentys to break the longer downtrend from June but with the news out of the way and the buying we've seen at these levels it does feel like the air has been cleared and positive sentiment is returning. full year updates in January may be a hiccup but they wont be a surprise now. Overall i expect this to keep move back up as the reality of what is going on becomes more clear. We thought Q4 was going to be the one, we'll have to wait for Q1 now but it is likely to be a good start to 2020.

wonder whether anyone in the press will be brave enough to pick this as their share for 2020....

Bidstack Group plc (AIM: BIDS), confirms that its announcement of 19 December 2019, regarding entering into a "Milestone Advertising Trading Agreement" with a global marketing services group, results in no change to its comments about the Company's revenues in 2019 and 2020 contained in its "Trading Update" announcement issued on 18 December 2019. At the time the Trading Update was released, the Board had already taken into account the potential impact of this agreement on its 2020 revenues, in anticipation that this agreement would eventually be signed.

gn, it is unusual to see an execution of that size in the closing auction. we have had trades but generally smaller.
being a 'cross' we do not get to see which side had the 'overhang'. by that an example could be as follows:-
- buyer 750,000
- seller 315,000
and hence 315,000 trades at the closing mid price.
it would bode well if the overhang was the buy side as they have more to buy on Monday.
